The technology is fantastic and allows the patient to view all x-rays with thorough insights provided by the dental hygienists. Our dental hygienists were outstanding!! Sarah is very experienced and provides great explanations of each process.

Dr. J was very gentle and wanted beyond all else to make the visit and my tooth extraction as much of a positive and painfree experience as possible. The old clinic that was here was horrifying and the complete opposite of the clinic there now! I am deathly afraid of dentists, but Midwest kept me informed and very comfortable. I intend on going back and having more work done asap. Also the prices were way cheaper than quoted due to a check payment with a 5% discount for chks. And cash payments. Finally a dentist that i can trust!!! Been there twice now, preparing for more extractions... Still very happy and won't need to be so stressed this next time I go in now that I know what to expect... They Have now also implemented a great discount plan on top of the already low prices, great news for old schoolers like me who had bad experiences and were met with high prices that caused people like me to wait yrs to get back to see one again..

I have had all my general exams and cleanings, root canals, dental caps and one post implanted at this clinic, and I could not be more happy with the quality of professional service and personal attention I always get. Dr. J. takes the time to follow up with me after my appointments, and that kind of attention and service, keep me coming back. Recently visited the Midwest Dental clinic, outstanding customer service from the front desk staff. Dental hygienist, Sarah and dentist, Dr.J did a great job with cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction! Very professional, pain free, and excellent care! Will definitely recommend this dental clinic.
I took my ten year old to the clinic and the staff was very courteous and Dr. J did an outstanding job explaining the procedure and extracting the tooth. Very impressed with the great equipment.

I had a dental amalgam filling (from a different provider) break/fall out earlier in the week. I thought it would be a couple weeks for anyone to just take a look at what happened with the filling and another appointment to fix it, but the good Dr. fit me in on a Saturday which was amazing, and they took care of a cavity I had forming on a different tooth. Will be coming back to check my other fillings and I would recommend this provider over Princeton Dental.
They gave my a good clean up/check up. The lady at the feotn desk was really nice and friendly to me. After my check up they gave my a little toy it was pretty cool for me. I recommended this dental for everybody!!!
I have an amazing hygienist here and she does a terrific job!! I think the negative reviews must be from before they were bought out (used to be a Smile Center), or from people who don't actually go here (complaints about which insurance they don't take!?!) Dunno. Maybe she just does a great job with me, but she really does a great job with me! Well, my daughters too. So, yeah, they're even good with kids.
My experience was great. I called to get an appointment they were able to schedule me for the next day. I do not care for dentists but went in, the front desk person was very friendly and nice I only waited for maybe 2 minutes before I was called back. The hygienist was also very friendly making me feel more comfortable. Then was seen by Dr. J who was great, he made me laugh and that set my mind at ease. The procedure was quick and painless and most of all my tooth feels better. Needless to say, it was a great visit to a place I would feel comfortable going back to and working with their staff again. Great experience!!! Very helpful in making the correct decisions about my teeth and what needed to be done. Extremely helpful while going through process and told me what was going to happen and how to respond if I experienced any pain. I did not have any pain during treatment and was treated very well by the Dr and all the staff.
My husband and our three kids have been going there in the last few years. Recently our two youngest, ages 9 and 5, had their every six month regular cleaning. Our youngest forgot to bring her stuffed animal with so she was a little nervous. One of the assistants, Dottie was very sweet and told my daughter they have little stuffed animals that she can hold on to while they do the cleaning. They care about their patients. We are pleased with their services and will continue to come back.
My dental needs chaned due to a job change. My husband researched and we decided on WeCare Dental in Big Lake, MN. I was skepticalonly bebecause I wanted a dentist closerto home, but I need to say that I was quickly proved wrong. Office staff is friendly and detailed. I didnt plan on going into late January but found myself with a dental emergency. I had Dr "J" as he likes to be called. He was amazing. Very professional, and he asked me very detailed questions regarding my general health to help determine the problem. Intellegent man, did awesome work and found myself feeling very comfortable at this clinic. He wwill be my dentist of choice and will recommend this clinic to friendly and family.

I have been coming to We Care in Big Lake for 2 years for general care and have been pleased with the service and the price. When I needed to have a crown done, Dr. Vu took great care of me. I was a bit nervous as this was my 1st crown, but all of the staff - from reception to hygenist and especially Dr. Vu - really made me feel confortable with the process. I honestly felt like Dr. Vu took his time and really cared about making sure the crown was an exact fit (and was concerned with my comfort at all times during the procedure) I was suprised and very happy to find that in as little as less then 2 days most pain and sensitivity was nonexistent. I don't normally write reviews but felt like WeCare and Dr. Vu were worth it. Thanks!
Wecare Dental staff are very friendly and I have been receiving excellent service from them for the past several years. My Dentist is Dr.Jay (Jaganathan) , he is very knowledgeable, professional and well experienced in all the areas like root canals, fixings etc and has been providing excellent service for several years. I liked the way he explains the existing teeth issues and resolving the same in well experienced way. Dr.Jay is a excellent dentist and helped me in saving my teeth by his treatment. His patience is very appreciable and never rushes with his treatments. He always took his time to explain everything he did and helped me understanding my complicated root canals treatments. Also, he explains the best & alternate ways to fix the any tooth related problem. I am driving nearly 40 miles every time from my home just for Dr.Jay's expertise. Its been very good dental experience all these years. I referred many of my friends and relatives to Dr.Jay for their Dental problem and everyone had a GREAT service from Dr.Jay and all were very happy with his service.Dr.Jay always thinks and provides a best longer term solution which saves my money instead of fixing in short terms many times. Dr.Jay has been doing fantastic job and I highly recommend him for any kind of complex Dental issues.
