New patient to this office, I only have great things to say about my first appointment with Dr. Singla. Came in because I was having pain, he was able to take a CT scan and find out that I had an infection and my tooth needed to be pulled. He was great at explaining everything and answering all my questions and concerns. Everyone in the office starting with the receptionist to the assistants and Doctor are very nice and professional.

I can't say enough great things about Midwest Dental - Lake in the Hills. Dr. Singla and his entire staff are phenomenal. Pleasant, helpful, gentle, extremely qualified. I first came to this practice after a horrible experience with another place. Years of inability to get dental visits, health issues plus cancer treatments had resulted in major dental issues. The other place I went to not only didn't help, they caused additional problems. Dr. Singla and his staff took on the challenges and gave me a healthy mouth again. From exams and cleanings, to treating an infection, replacing 2 teeth with implants, and a long-overdue crown, everything was done with the utmost care and patience. To say I am grateful would be an understatement. You won't find a fancy office with bells and whistles here - you will find what you're coming for...a dentist who genuinely cares, takes great care of your dental needs without judgement or fuss, and a friendly, helpful staff from the moment you walk in the door until you leave with a great smile. Outstanding service for my son who fell and chipped his tooth. They not only got us in the same day, but they also made accommodations to expedite the replacement. The dentist and dental assistant was very compassionate and Great bedside manner. Additionally, the office staff has great communication skills and does an amazing job with the coordination of benefits, explaining out-of-pocket expenses, and providing alternative options. I highly recommend this practice.

I switched over to Midwest Dental from another dental practice I was having a bad experience with. Midwest Dental has taken such good care of me so far! From the front desk ladies (Gail and Christine), to all the other people working there that I’ve encountered (including the hygienist Pam … and also Kristin and Jessica- And of course, Dr Singla!) everyone has been incredibly helpful and professional. They are like a well oiled machine over there. I am not second-guessing the care they’re offering me, I feel confident in what they’re doing and the services because they’re explaining things so well to me. They’ve done a phenomenal job with my cleaning and putting in a couple crowns. I could not be happier with my new dental practice!

Best dentist I’ve ever gone to! Dr. Singla cares for his patients and provides an overall comfortable experience. My family and I have been using Midwest Dental at the Lake In The Hills location for over 25 years (starting when it was still Ridgepoint Dental). We've always received the best dental care from wonderful doctors and staff. My (now adult) son has Asperger's. He's never had an issue getting his teeth cleaned because his tech is so gentle and kind with him. She even lets him wear his headphones during a cleaning. I can't imagine going anywhere else for our dental care.

I am so happy with Dr. Singla, who has been a great dentist, very knowledgeable, listens to my questions and concerns, and really cares about his patients! His staff is awesome as well, they are really care, I did not know who to go with for implants, plus I was scared no only with the procedure but the financial aspect of it. Gail and Christine both gave me information about Care Credit which I guess I was the only one who did not know about them. LOL, now I am set if and when it happens I have time to make payments with a term that will let me pay it off by a certain time to avoid interest! Gail also helped me with finding a wonderful Periodontist got me seen that weekend and I am now waiting to get an appointment to get my implants done! Hopefully in December! They are all such a great team of people who are all caring and of course my hygienist Pam! I Love them all!!! Thank you for being the best dentist office ever! Midwest Dental is one of the friendliest offices I have been too. Everyone always greats you with a smile. The staff in back is very attentive and also values you as a person. Dr. Singla is a newer Dr. taking over this practice. All encounters over the past year have been great. He is super friendly, very patient, (I tend to ask a lot of questions sometimes) and very informative. I visited Midwest Dental this past Tuesday. As a retired dental hygienist, I expected a lot. I was so impressed with the entire office. The staff is wonderful- very friendly and welcoming. I have been going to here since 1998. Dr. Singla is also a very personable person to work with. My latest 2 crowns were done in a quick and efficient manor with no adjustments needed. In and out with the permanent crown in less than 30 minutes. Never had a problem with any of their work, with no adjustments needed, and I have had plenty! 2 down and 2 to go. Highly recommend.

Midwest Dental in Lake in the Hills is simply the best for your dental needs. Excellent care by an excellent staff. I have been a patient there for 18 years. I am adding another 5 Star review after my recent visit to Midwest Dental because of my experience with Dr. Singla who is relatively new to Midwest Dental. A piece of an old crown (not from Midwest Dental) cracked off and Dr. Singla was able to see me the same day. I have several crowns, but this was the first one that had to be removed. In order to be able to replace the old crown with a new one, it had to be removed without damage to the remaining tooth under it. Otherwise, there would not be enough tooth left to attach a new crown, and I would have to have an implant. This was not an easy task by any means, but Dr. Singla, was extremely thorough in his care of removing my old crown successfully. Not only that, but he also applied a protective covering to an exposed nerve that would help prevent nerve damage in the future. Dr. Singla’s expertise is impressive and second to none.

Dr Grenader has been my dentist for over a year and despite being over an hour drive I can't imagine seeing anybody else! He is proactive, ethical, knowledgeable and sincerely cares about his patients. After having a few cavities filled he prescribed a high fluoride toothpaste and mouth wash to help prevent it happening in the future. This is not a drill and fill business to generate money, they truly care about your teeth. Dr Grenader goes to great length explains in very clear detail the rationale for all his decisions, why it is important, and make sure you're comfortable and onboard. All the rest of the office staff are very nice but i'd like to give a special shoutout to Jenny, the dental hygienist, and Jessica, the dental assistant. Jenny is the only hygienist I've ever had make an effort to gently floss my guns instead of ripping around in there. Jessica has such a warm and pleasant presence she immediately puts me at ease even though I'm typically on edge at the doctors. I could not recommend any of them more highly!

From the moment you walk in the staff are very nice. My dentist Muzammil Saeed is very gentle and compassionate every time I come in. Can’t even begin to say how much I appreciate it. His dental assistant worked with him so well. Great team. My husband goes here as well and sees the other dentist. He hadn’t been to the dentist in years. I've had the opportunity to be treated by both Dr. Finley & Dr. Carron. They have both always greeted me with smiles. So gentle and do an excellent job. They treat all 5 members of my family. My children love it here too! They love choosing from the treasure box after each visit. Patty is our hygienist and is so gentle and kind. The office staff are so friendly and have always made me feel important, not like I'm a number. Beautiful clean office as well. You won't be disappointed.

Changed dentists after 38 years. Not easy to start over. I was surprised to feel comfortable on the first visit. Already had a cleaning and several tiny cavites filled after having a 30 year old retainer removed. Dr Carron filled the cavities and all the small spots in what seemed about a half hour. No pain! I now have an excellent professional new dentist, hygienist and staff who are all wonderful, knowledgable and caring people.

Our family has been with Ridgepoint / Midwest Dental for over 15 years. We had tried several other dentists before but had not been happy with them. We have been very happy with Dr. Carron and Dr. Hodack. Plus, their staff is wonderful - and my oldest has Asperger's Syndrome, so can be a bit difficult sometimes. They always take the time to make sure he is comfortable, and they even let him read a book if he needs to. We've always received the very best care at Midwest Dental, and I don't envision us moving on anytime soon.
