I decided it was finally time to move forward and take control of my oral health, and made an appointment with Midwest Dental. I was treated with so much care and respect and felt much more at ease. They didn’t make me feel bad about how long it’s been and didn’t criticize or scold me for not brushing enough. I’m glad I decided to try them out, and made follow up appointments for the future

Even when the dentist was doing his exam he made sure to check in/talk to my child to keep him engaged. Above and beyond customer service, and excellent dental care. I hope I can go here forever. Dr. Zelko is the best. I had two wisdom teeth removed and one day later I don’t have any swelling and I feel fine. He walked me through the whole procedure, made sure I was comfortable with what was going to be done, and was very positive and supportive even though I was incredibly nervous. All of my visits , from front office worker Megan to the assistants and dr. Ochsner have been unbelievably awesome. I've been going to this location for maybe 12 years and frankly its the best dentist office I've been to ( I actually look forward to it). Clean, safe with COVID protocols and appointments are convenient. My hygienist Amanda (a West Virginia transplant) was awesome. My BP was running a bit high and she pointed out where I was on the scale of this might be a concern. I've developed a sensitivity on a tooth and she was extremely helpful in some tips. Dr. Mark Zelko is honestly the best dentist I've ever had. My wife hates going and his chair-side manner has caused her anxiety to disappear. He even corrected a bad diagnosis on a tooth which "needs a root canal" and in fact only needed a crown. Highly recommend this location and this team.

I have been a patient at Midwest Dental in Pewaukee for several years and I continue to be impressed with every visit. Dr. Zelko and staff are always super friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable regardless of what type of visit I am in for. I recently had some trouble with a tooth and they were able to get me in for an emergency visit and correct the issue right away. It was a nice surprise to receive a call the next day from Dr. Zelko himself checking in to make sure I was still pain free. I would highly recommend!

This is the best dentist's office I've ever been to! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was wonderful, everyone was so positive and upbeat. The dental exam was more comprehensive than any of the ones I've had in the past. He checked for oral cancer symptoms, jaw issues, etc. Then went through everything in detail, outlined a treatment plan, and made sure I had all of the information I needed. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all, they led me right back. The office is clean and comfortable. I am so happy that I found this place. I do NOT like getting dental work done, but I found myself very relaxed here. I would recommend this office in a heartbeat. Thank you Katie & Dr. Zelko!
We have going here for almost 10 years years now. It was difficult with the turnover several years ago but that has settled down a bit with Dr Zelko for the last few years. Dr Zelko is patient and kind and is upfront about what needs to be done. He explains everything before he starts and as he is doing it, I like that they are never any surprises. Karrie, our hygienist, is amazing! She always goes above and beyond to make sure that it is a pleasant experience. She takes her time and is thorough but also very gentle. We just started taking our kids there, she was kind and patient with them as well. Going to the dentist isn't always fun but the doctors and staff here make it bearable. We are always greeted with a smile by the front office staff and have always been treated respectfully. I would recommend this office for anyone with anxiety or children.
Midwest dental is by far the best dental office I’ve been to—and I’ve seen many good and bad ones. At Midwest dental, I never had to wait any time at all before seeing the hygienist. The office also handled insurance before I’d even arrived, so there were no billing surprises whatsoever. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Zelko, who spent almost a full hour with me, listening to my concerns and explaining what he was doing at every step. He seemed extremely honest and knowledgeable.
I had an emergency situation. I was up all night with horrible tooth pain. They got me in at 8am and treated me immediately. My pain was gone within an hour. I'm very grateful they helped me in my time of need. -Mary Martin, Pewaukee WI

I have been going to this dental office for a few years. They are always professional and you can tell they care about their patients. I am also very happy that when I switched insurance companies that my new one accepted Midwest. I will recommend them to everyone I can.
Had my initial examination there yesterday. Everyone was very friendly, and the dentist (Dr. Zelko) explained everything as he was doing it. I'm not a huge fan of going to dentists in general, so that was very helpful. Would recommend. :)
Great place to get your teeth cleaned. They are always friendly, the office is clean and they always seem to be right no schedule so I never have to wait very long for my appointment.
Very professional and competent dentists, hygienists and staff. Totally happy with awesome front tooth crowns, best ever replacements, look completely natural and match my other teeth for the first time in many years. They also referred me to a fantastic periodontist when needed. Whenever I have needed help with billing and insurance questions I have received prompt and competent help. Appointments available at convenient times. What's not to like?
My family loves going to Midwest Dental. We have all had a great experiences and they are so great with my kids. The kids especially love V the hygienist. Never had a bad experience there. I would recommend to anyone.
ok folks i have read the negative comments but i don't understand most of them. first if you are going to have dental work and are concerned about the cost...then ask. as for small children i can't help you there. my only concern is the turnover in personnel including dentists. oh but I think i have one now who plans to stay around for a long time. talk to your dentist get to know her and her to get to know you! i think it is important for the dentist and patient to develop a patient/dentist relationship. without that there is no trust. i have that now with my new dentist. I am happy with her. Midwest Dental is a nice place to come and relax to have my dental work. 5 stars to Dr. Jessica Grams. Thanks for the memories Doc! lol
After not going to the dentist for 10 years. I went to Midwest. My wife was a patient there before I went. I enjoy the staff and have had no problems with billing or people. I would recommend this facility to everyone. They are nice, caring and very, very good at what they do.
