I work in the medical field myself so I know how it is to be a provider and understand the patient side too. Denise was my hygienist and she was amazing! She thoroughly talked through every step of the screening and cleaning with what she was doing and looking for. She provided me with information in regards to teeth cleaning and how it can affect women expecting a child. She even gave me my baby's first toothbrush, so sweet. The dentist came in after and took his time examining my mouth as well. Overall, it was a great visit to the dentist. I'll definitely be sticking to this place!

The review is really for Marcia(hope I spelled right) at the front desk....they were done with me...but I walked back in with tears after calling around rockford b/c I was in so much pain and oral surgeons were booked out. She took the time to call up one office who actually saw me today...(surgery went just fine) But I thank her for her patience with me! No one seemed annoyed and ready to send me on my way without fulfilling my dental need. Thank you guys so much & Ill see you soon!!!

This was my first time going here and I felt welcomed from the time I arrive until the time I left. From Marcia who was warm and welcoming to Shawn you was kind and gentle and finally to Shah who although I only meet for a few minutes I had a great impression of him. I had a great experience and would highly recommended them.
I cracked my tooth and was in a lot of pain..they were able to make an appointment for the same day even though I was not a current patient. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but they couldn't have been any nicer or more welcoming..definitely a positive experience..would highly recommended!

I will preface this by saying that I have never had a positive dental visit in my 25 years on this planet...until now. Dr. Anderson listens and truly makes my concerns a priority. He was the first dentist to figure out lidocaine doesn’t work as a numbing agent on me! Amazing! Lucy, the receptionist, always calls to remind me of appointments, remembers my insurance plan, and is ready with a smile—even at 8 am. Shawn, my hygienist, is equally talented and makes me look forward to my cleaning every 6 months. I know I seem awkwardly enthusiastic about my dentist, but I genuinely love this office. They even give out mango chapstick. I drive 3 hours to come here.
I am so happy with my visits to Dr. Anderson. He made my appointments stress free and painless. He walked me through exactly what needed to be done and completed the treatment flawlessly. Best dentist hands down! The staff working there are also all wonderful. If your deciding on someone new to work on your teeth, look no further. Dr. Anderson will treat you right!
I had an Awesome experience when I went in for a vist. The staff was very inviting and knowledgeable about my dental needs ! If you are looking for a dentist ,dental hygenist , an great front office staff pay them a visit. On my visit I got a teeth cleaning from Shawn who was great! The front desk lady Lucy was really kind an able to try an book you in timely manner. I am looking to get some fillings done on my next appointment with Dr .Anderson . Most insurance is accepted an out of pocket its reasonable compared to other offices . Trust me I have paid out of pocket for crowns and fillings no bueno but all in all 5 stars to this bunch!
Recently, I had my second appointment with Dr. Anderson to have a cavity fixed. WOW! He and his assistant, Mary, made the visit pleasant, painless and professional.

I had a sudden sensitivity to a tooth in the upper left side of my mouth. I knew that there was a watch on a tooth that has a crack in it and I thought it had gotten worse. I called Dr. Anderson and they got me in right away. I found out that some food particles were jammed between my tooth and gum causing the discomfort. Thanks Dr. Anderson for your compassion and professional care. I am now pain free.

Dr. Anderson cared about the pain I was in due to a cracked tooth. Without meeting me he took me in and resolved my issue in one day. No other dentist would guarantee that my issue would be resolved that day. Thank you Dr. Anderson for caring and being a awesome Dentist. We need more like you .

I have been a patient here for years. My hygienist is the reason I have stayed through the doctor changes. I recently needed a dental procedure and was very impressed with the new doctor. Overall I had a great experience and the procedure was well explained. The phone call the next day to check on how I was doing was great. The doctor also repeatedly told me to call with any questions or problems. I would recommend Midwest to my friend and family.

I'm a new paient, and everything is great so far, the staff is always happy to see you, and Dr. Bolden has great "bedside manner", I only mention that because I've been to a rude office before and I was nervous about my insurance change and having to pick a new dentist.
My mouth is my prized possession and I wouldn't have such a great one if it wasn't for Shawn making sure my teeth are clean. Shawn has been cleaning my teeth as long as she has been with the practice and I drive an hour each way just to see her. I will have my teeth for life and I have Shawn to thank for that.
