But our experience at Midwest Dental completely changed our point of view. We were greeted warmly by Jaime who helped us with paperwork. Then the both of us were expertly treated by DR humke. DR Brynes. Stacy, Ellie, Kenzie and Alicia. My son walked away having greatly enjoyed his experience. We are glad to go back and enthusiastically recommend Midwest Dental to those living near Dubuque.

They always see me right on schedule without any delays or are quick to communicate any scheduling conflicts (someone out of office, etc.) to make sure I get rescheduled. They went through a regime change in recent years, but they're in great hands with the new people. Dr. Byrnes is friendly and passionate about her work, always encouraging and supportive of good dental hygiene.

WOW!!! I saw Dr. McBride to have a tooth pulled and a small piece got left behind. Absolutely understandable!!! Not only did Dr. McBride get me schedule with the Oral surgeon to get it taken care of immediately, he personally called me the next day to check on how I was doing. He also spoke to the surgeon after my extraction to make sure things went well. My daughter had her very first dentist appt at 2 years old and the staff was AMAZING with her. I am so thankful that I found this office to take care of my family's dental needs. We are now loyal members of the Midwest Dental family.

i love this place. dr mcbride is my dentist. the staff up front is very friendly, not your typical bunch of snotty females. they are welcoming and helpful. their schedule is accommodating and it is never really too difficult to get in for an appointment. dr mcbride is honest and will not try to sell you what you dont need. i am terrified of dentists due to a terrible time that i had in indiana where i got drilled without enough novocaine. i used to go somewhere in Illinois, and after he retired, i wouldnt go to the dentist anymore. dr mcbride makes me feel comfortable and i will return as long as i live in the area!

Every time I go, I am more impressed than my last visit. Dr. McBride knows I have major anxiety issues from past dental procedures and he is so patient and kind. His office manager Barb, his assistants, JD and Alisha and his hygienist Mindy are the best in their field! The front desk professionals are efficient, kind and helpful. The office is gorgeous, comfortable and it’s always spotless. You’ll never find a more knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, informed and KIND dentist than Dr. McBride and his staff. Yes I loved my dentist :) She was caring and sensitive to me and my families dental care and hands down the best dentist I had ever had. Needless to say I had to find another dentist after moving here, I and my family bounced around to a few Dentist's and Children's dentist. But then someone mentioned Midwest Dental and told me about Dr. McBride. After my first appointment with Dr. McBride I knew I had found my dentist that I could look forward to seeing and trusting with my dental hygiene issue's. The support staff that works there I think in MHO are very professional and highly trained, and I know from experience having a Mom that was a dental hygienist in the military, we were no strangers to visiting the dentist as kid's. Bottom line I will never ever go to any other Dentist and neither will my family.

Having not been to a dentist in a long while, I was nervous. Each member of the staff were so kind + understanding, made me comfortable. Not rushed, they take time to explain all procedures. Highly recommend them.

These guys are very professional I had to have them make me a partial plate for some upper teeth that I lost a while back they did a great job they fit nicely but let's be real nobody like to have these partial place so I will say for a partial plate they are great they were so dead on they barely even had to make any adjustments they snapped right into place they then went through the whole process of putting them in and taking them out which I caught onto very well with their instructions overall I'm very impressed with this place my workplace is paying for their work but if I ever have to have any dental work done I will definitely travel the extra miles to go here at Midwest Dental they are really worth it
My husband and I recently moved to this area from Milwaukee. I was referred to Dr. Will Mcbride and I had a wonderful first visit. Morgan my hygienist was gentle but thorough. They even had a new patient discount and they were very professional. I am so happy that I chose Midwest Dental and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have had Dr. Stoffel as my dentist since I moved to Iowa from Chicago back in 1991. Midwest Dental is not only professional in all that they do, but they are also very friendly.
Dr. Will McBride is wonderful- not only does the man know all about teeth, he has a terrific bed-side manner and takes extra time to make sure I have all my questions answered. Mindy, my hygienist, is a sweet heart and I always enjoy my visit with her, which is not something you would expect from a dentist appointment. Everyone is always so kind; even the front desk staff make it a positive experience! They send me 5 reminders of my appointment, which is very helpful. I would highly recommend them!
Dr. McBride is excellent. Very patient centered and concerned about doing what's best for you. The hygenists are wonderful and the office staff are very nice and go out of their way to be of help.

Love the artwork in the hallways! This dental office is up to date in clinical knowledge and equipment. The office staff are always helpful and friendly.

I used to absolutely hate the dentist when I was younger. After I started seeing Dr. Stoffel over 17 years ago I have actually come to enjoy it. He always makes sure that you are comfortable while he is working on your teeth. I also appreciate that he made it enjoyable for my son at an early age. He still enjoys going even as a teenager. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Stoffel and his staff!!
Update: (3/2/2016) Just finished up my Invisalign invisible orthodontics I started 1 year ago with Midwest Dental, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. For myself as the patient, I found the whole process requires patience, trust, and discipline, and Dr. McBride and his friendly staff were well equipped from a relationship building and mastery of the Invisalign process level to help me in all areas of support. Once again, I would highly recommend Midwest Dental if you are considering the Invisalign alternative to metal braces- you will not be let down by the results or the service. (2015) Everyone from the administrative staff to the dental assistants, technicians, oral hygenist, and Dr. McBride, will greet you with a warm smile, and provide excellent care/service in everything they do. I felt so comfortable with the whole staff after a few visits I decided to go to Midwest Dental for Invisalign as well. I started Invisalign a month ago, and Dr. McBride is definitely someone I'd refer anyone looking to who is considering the alternative to braces. For each individual, he is able to show a custom dental realignment path down to the week before you commit to the process. Also, there are no hidden fees, and the administrative staff is eager to help anyone apply (they are well versed in the credit app process too) for zero interest credit to help finance the cost of orthodontics. Let's face it- as good as Dr. McBride is, a great portion of the care given at dental offices falls to the staff of technicians supporting him. For my money, his entire staff is technically proficient and friendly too! I would recommend anyone who, like me, is moving into the area and in need of a dentist to consider Midwest Dental. Or, if you have been considering Invisalign, Midwest Dental is the place to go!
My very first appointment with this office was a great experience. The staff are very friendly and professional. I was given a detailed plan of care and follow up appointments were made at the soonest availability. The office is extremely clean and well kept. Staff are very driven to provide excellent care to their patents. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great experience with excellent service.
Midwest Dental is a great place to go for all your dental needs. We are a family of four, two being children under the age of 12, and we found Dr. William McBride is gentle and caring for our children's dental needs. Also, all of the staff are friendly and personable. We would recommend Midwest Dental to any family!

Can you love going to the dentist? If you are normal, no. Lets face it who loves the needle and drilling and so forth but Dr. Mc Bride does his best to make what ever procedure he does as painless and anxiety free as possible. He is knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to the needs of his patients. I know when I visit the dentist he is using the latest technology to solve my dental challenges. I wish I would have found him 4 years ago. If you decide to pick Dr. McBride as your dentist know that you have made an excellent decision.
