Hygienist is great. Dentist listens and is helpful with any issues you have. Will work with you even if you are a new patient.
Dentist is very good,will get you in as soon as possible, a tooth exstation around 200 with no insurence,have payment plan if you qualify, and don't make you get dentures if teeth are pulled

I love Midwest Dental! I came from another Dental place who I had a bad experience with and I expressed that to the staff at Midwest. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve had issues with bad teeth and a broken retainer, and both times Midwest was able to squeeze me in. Anytime someone asks about a dentist I always tell them to go to Midwest. The staff and dentist are so friendly and are great about explaining things. Also, always fairly priced!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Shaik and his team despite having sever anxiety with dentists. Heather was an absolute delight with her smile, chatter, and songs. She not only set me at ease, she had me smiling. Dr Shaik explained each step and asked frequently how I was doing. (The 'stress ball' was a great idea.) His concern was genuine. Amy was a pro at giving me shots that did not hurt (a first!). Her professionalism was top notched. (She even called to see how I was doing after the scaling.) The receptionist was friendly and professional. I deeply appreciate each of you and your parts for making my visits the best I've ever experienced. Thank You!!!

Seems like it would be simpler to have the website say "call for appointment" if they aren't going to actually offer any online scheduling tool.

Brand new patient of Dr. Shaik's due to relocating back to the area. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Shaik and his team. I was recently in for my first visit and cleaning. Hands down the BEST cleaning I have had in 22 years -- had been living in Chicago for 22 years and never got this thorough of cleaning. Dr. Shaik did all of the cleaning but the polish. He is incredibly kind and personable. I had to come back for a cavity filling and I can't even tell anything was done because he put the cavity in perfectly for my bite. So happy to have found a wonderful dentist along with his very friendly staff!!

They are always on the patients side and not just out to hit your pocket book. I would recommend them to anyone including small children.
Jena, my dental hygenist, was very understanding of the reason for me since I had not been to a dentist for many years. She was very knowledgeable and worked very hard yet very easy to get my teeth cleaned of all the tarter build up from many years not being to a dentist. My only question I do not understand is with the office secretary. I have and presented the Humana plan that Midwest Dental everywhere accepts and many give at least a 20% discount on all work, since I do not have any other dental insurance but the office secretary told me I have to purchase their plan to get a discount. I do not understand why the Sterling office will not accept the Humana plan I have when the other Midwest Dentals in the area do.
