Everyone was very nice and they spent time with me, explained the situation I’m in with my teeth and gums, and gave me several options, but it didn’t feel like an up-sell. The hygienist was very thorough, and they numbed only what i asked them to (i have some teeth that are sensitive and some not. The discount plan was explained well, and, as an out-of-pocket patient, was a really good deal and cut my bill in half. All-around a great practice.

I have gone to her for many years now and feel she’s the best!! She really listens to you and your concerns and passes them on to Dr. Smith - as well as doing a great job on the cleaning part. Dr Smith is great as well and tries to make you as comfortable and pain free as possible on any procedure that she does. Betty and Teresa are friendly and helpful as well. Always have a wonderful experience anytime I go.

They also made the appointment process easy. They can text and email and those messages can be exported to my calendar, which I need or I'll forget.

I go back next month to get some repair done and I'm not worried in the least, I feel very confident they will do a good job.

I was a patient of Dr. Burns who moved to Midwest Dental when he did. When Dr. Burns left I became a patient of Dr. Daniel. Now last week I had an appointment with Dr. Huh. My exam was very professional, my cleaning very complete. I need extensive work to replace a partial and everyone in the office helped me. At one time there were four staff members working with me. I chipped a tooth during the weekend. I called the office on Monday, and got in to see Dr. Huh on Tuesday. The filling that was in that tooth was replaced as well as a buildup where the tooth had been chipped. The least invasive procedure was done. A more involved procedure could have been done which would have been more expensive but that was not the one taken. The Dr. worked with steady and skillful hands and knowledge. Everyone I encountered was friendly, caring, professional and did their different jobs expertly. The new facility is very nice and clean. I am thankful for such a facility in Watseka.
