I just went for my six month cleaning yesterday and had a new laser procedure. I believe Emma was my hygienist. This laser treatment was phenomenal! My teeth feel better next day than they have felt in years! One tooth I have been babying, fearful that a deep cleaning would create more problems. Today, that pesky issue is completely resolved! I’m looking forward to my next 6 month appointment to see how my gums and bone loss have improved! Just had my 6 month follow up! I had the laser procedure again! My teeth have never felt so good! A big thumbs up to Midwest Dental and all their staff!

I would rate this company is 0 if I could! I came in to find out information about the invisible aligners that they are vendors for. After a considerable amount of time in the office and multiple x-rays, I was given no information, but was handed a bill for $5000 and was told that I needed nine cavities filled before I could have aligners. I asked if I could just have the information on the aligners because I have another dentist that I go to anyway, and they would not give me the information. I subsequently went to my dentist, had a thorough cleaning, x-rays and an exam and was told that I have NO cavities and quite healthy teeth. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR.

I've gone to this dentist office since I have had teeth 30 plus years but they called and canceled a hour before my appointment to fix a broken tooth was a big let down if I did this to them they would have charged me 25 bucks . Guess I am just supposed to suffer for another 7 days and hope they don't cancel short notice agian definitely isn't like it was when derry ran it , I know they have more then one dentist I had to call over 10 times to get the appointment don't bother leaving a message they must never check them.

My family has had constant problems since Dr. Patel left with the secretaries. They cancel appointments if you don't confirm by phone within 24 hours. A text feature would be nice. They don't return phone calls when requested. They push the blame back on someone else and don't fix the problem. It's just an oh well on their end and nothing they can do. Poor customer service!

I just had the worst dental experience of my life here. I had some hygienist, I’ve never seen before, that seemed young, inexperienced, and rough. She probably jabbed my gums/lip 7 different times. When I looked at the swab that she was wiping the plaque onto, it was covered in blood. My mouth tasted like blood most the appointment. Not only that but she took only 20-25 minutes to stab my gums, scrub my teeth, take X-rays, and put on fluoride. When she put on the fluoride, she only spent like 15 seconds doing it because she just did the tops of my teeth. I have never had such a bad experience here, and I’ve been attending this dentistry for the last 18 years. Ever since Dr. Derry retired, they’ve just been going down hill. I do not recommend going here!!

I noticed a small cavity in one of my son's molars. Midwest scheduled my son for 10 minutes before closing time. Looked in his mouth said he had a cavity. Then they simply said they could not help him and he would have to go to a pediatric dentist and billed me $77. Would not refer me to anyone local. Found a great place in town on the corner that took care of this simple procedure in about 30minutes. Will not be back to Midwest.

I cannot praise Dr. Patel and his staff enough for the professionalism, patience and gentleness they showed when this "dental chicken" showed up in their chair. My fears are the result of horrid experiences as a child and have kept me regularly visiting any dentist since then. My fear was so great that I would be one breath away from literally passing out just sitting in the waiting room. Recently I needed a filling which is my worst nightmare. Long story short, I ended up in Dr. Patel's dental chair and the whole experience from start to finish was compassionate, empathic, and tailored to minimize my fears. Dr. Patel worked to make sure that not only was my anxiety acknowledged but put forth extreme effort to reduce it. Amazingly from start to finish I was comfortable and pain free. For those of you who are also dental chickens you know the depth of my endorsement of Dr. Patel and his staff when I say that I made an appointment to follow up with him before I even left the building after my filling.
