Great experience! I hate that I can’t remember the lady’s name who assisted me. She was amazing! Explained everything really well and really made sure I was comfortable. Dr Cole was also great! Very personable and knowledgeable. We have a long way to go to get me the results I want but I have 100% faith that this office will get my smile back to where I want it!

Incorrect and misleading information on their website. Website states that the Decatur location accepts "Essential Smile Plan" but they do not and YOU the consumer gets the short end of the stick mind you. Also the receptionist for Dr. Mary Cole will argue with you and speak over you when you try to talk. You can just feel the energy for enjoying to tell people that they don't accept some sort of insurance or discount card. Like its a badge of honor to turn people away.

Dr Cole and his staff are the best! He takes his time to figure out the issue and treats you like you’re was an old family friend instead of just a patient. I was having intense pain and they were able to get me in and all fixed up! His demeanor puts you at ease and will immediately make you feel better. His front desk staff are phenomenal and the ladies in the back are gentle and thorough. The lady that I had was hilarious and had me laughing the whole visit even with a sore mouth lol! The woman who did my intake x-rays and cleaning was very personable and easy to talk to. Almost felt like I knew her by the end of my first appointment. Dr. Ron Cole was so very nice and down to Earth and took his time thoroughly explaining everything. He didn't try to sell me on work I didn't need or want..unlike other places around town. I felt very comfortable and relieved to finally find the right place for my picky butt lol
