I left my visit yesterday happy and excited to get started with my treatment plan!

Dr James Chang is an outstanding very caring and wonderful dentist! He treated me like a human being not just another dollar sign. He took the time to explain everything to me so that I would understand and answered any and all of my questions I had. He had exceptional bedside manner was very compassionate friendly and polite and understanding. I could tell that he truly cared about me as a person and was very open and honest with me telling me exactly what did and did not need to be done with my dental care. Not telling me stuff just to make more money off of me or my insurance. In my opinion every doctor should be this way with their patients, if not then they shouldn't be in this field of business. I would and most definitely will refer Dr Chang to all my friends and family that ever need Dental care.

Dr. Jim and Chassidy (Chasity) - not sure how to spell her name- were fantastic. I have a lot of dental anxiety and was very nervous for my appointment. They kept me comfortable and made sure I was doing okay the entire time. Dr. Jim explained exactly what he was doing and even drew a picture to explain what was happening. This is by far the best dental experience I have had.

Do not recommend. Waits are long. Procedures will be approved under your deductible, then you will be charged after the fact. The office is lousy at answering their phones or returning calls, but will repeatedly mail you invoices or ads. Walked in to a lot of office staff sitting around but won’t return a call.

I overheard her complaining about something and she was on her phone a lot. I could also sense tension amongst the staff. Checkout lady was on her phone too.Something was off. Overall, ok place but some of the staff appears to be distracted with personal issues. But loved the perky staff member Cathy!!

I usually hate going to the dentist, but both of my visits here have been as pleasant as a dental visit can be. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it wasn't painful (which is always a nice plus), and my visits were timely. The first visit was a little longer just because of xrays and the initial exam, but the cleaning was done well and quickly and I didn't have to miss much work. They've also got good hours if you don't want to miss a ton of work.

I initially chose Midwest Dental because they accept Care Credit. I also had a bad experience with another dental office in town when I got my dentures made. The assistant/technician and Dr. Beth listened to the problem I was having with my dentures. Silly me didn't wear them in that day.
