All they wont is money I paid over 2000 and the upper plate is very bad it is Luce and it not good I went in to get it fixed they wont is 500 more to make another plate. After spending 2000 they should do it free I am not happy I wont go there anymore

In the past my experience at Midwest Dental was fine. No problems, staff were nice and professional. Today I went for my appointment. I confirmed online that I would be there. Followed their directions when I arrived. I was a few minutes early for the appointment. Waited over 30 minutes and after calling found out that I would not be able to be seen as another patient was coming in 20 minutes for the hygienist. I am not very happy for the time I wasted.

My dentist was out on medical, so I called Midwest to have a tooth filled...big mistake! My filling fell out, but when I was seen I was told the tooth was in good shape & could be filled. I went back the next day & had the tooth filled. It just didn't feel right..couldn't eat on that side..finally after 3 -4 weeks I called my regular dentist & he had me come in. He told me my tooth was split down the middle & had to be extracted. Either Midwest missed the split or caused it, so I payed $353.00 for a tooth they filled that had to be pulled. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Been going to this dental office over a year but recent appt don't agree with a $12 charge to cover the extra precautions they are taking because of the Covid 19 was toldall dentist doing this but after many calls and talking to other people who had dental appointment with no extra charge. Also asked if the precautions were still in effect when I come back in 6mo would I be charged $12 again and was told yes.

I would be careful going to this place. I went in for an extraction and the dentist did not know what he was doing or he could not read the horrible xray, probably both. The dentist was new and it w as s obvious he did not know what he was doing. He said it was not a simple extraction and referred me to a specialist. So after paying Midwest I had to pay a specialist which said he did not know why they sent me to him for a simple extraction. He had to take xrays again which cost me again because the xrays Midwest sent me with were horrible and you could see nothing. I will never go back to this place or recommend them to anyone.

Once Midwest dental took over they quickly made up reasons to get rid of staff that had been there for over 25 years. Apparently, 20 + an hour was more than they wanted to spend . They could get much cheaper help. I am surprised to see any of Dr. Burges staff still working for Midwest. Truly sad with all that has happened since the takeover. The receptionist, Alaina, is rude and unprofessional. I work for another dental office. When I call for other patients records she acts as if I am a problem. I really dislike contacting this office and dealing with her.

(Alaina. ) She is very rude, makes rude comments and does not return messages in a timely manner. This has been on going for 2 years. Today I am done. I will find a dentist with a more professional staff.

The office is clean. We've had no problems making appointments. They explain all the procedures very thoroughly, and even make the experiences there for smaller children as much as possible. I remember they gave my Son a pair of sunglasses to wear one time because he thought the lights were to bright in his eyes when he was laying back in the chair getting his teeth cleaned. I would certainly recommend them without a doubt, and have to co workers of mine. They like going here as well.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 20 years. They took care of me. Walked me through each step. They cleaned my teeth. Just had 2 fillings done in about 20 minutes. Very attentive to detail in their work and taking care of their patients. I also really like their email and text reminders for my appointments. I highly recommend them!

Followed their directions when I arrived. I was a few minutes early for the appointment. My dentist was out on medical, so I called Midwest to have a tooth filled...big mistake! My filling fell out, but when I was seen I was told the tooth was in good shape & could be filled. I went back the next day & had the tooth filled. It just didn't feel right..couldn't eat on that side..finally after 3 -4 weeks I called my regular dentist & he had me come in. He told me my tooth was split down the middle & had to be extracted. Either Midwest missed the split or caused it, so I payed $353.00 for a tooth they filled that had to be pulled. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Been going to this dental office over a year but recent appt don't agree with a $12 charge to cover the extra precautions they are taking because of the Covid 19 was toldall dentist doing this but after many calls and talking to other people who had dental appointment with no extra charge. Also asked if the precautions were still in effect when I come back in 6mo would I be charged $12 again and was told yes.

I would be careful going to this place. I went in for an extraction and the dentist did not know what he was doing or he could not read the horrible xray, probably both. The dentist was new and it w as s obvious he did not know what he was doing. He said it was not a simple extraction and referred me to a specialist. So after paying Midwest I had to pay a specialist which said he did not know why they sent me to him for a simple extraction. He had to take xrays again which cost me again because the xrays Midwest sent me with were horrible and you could see nothing. I will never go back to this place or recommend them to anyone.

Once Midwest dental took over they quickly made up reasons to get rid of staff that had been there for over 25 years. Apparently, 20 + an hour was more than they wanted to spend . They could get much cheaper help. I am surprised to see any of Dr. Burges staff still working for Midwest. Truly sad with all that has happened since the takeover. I really dislike contacting this office and dealing with her.

Once Midwest dental took over they quickly made up reasons to get rid of staff that had been there for over 25 years. Apparently, 20 + an hour was more than they wanted to spend . They could get much cheaper help. I am surprised to see any of Dr. Burges staff still working for Midwest. Truly sad with all that has happened since the takeover. The office is clean. We've had no problems making appointments. They explain all the procedures very thoroughly, and even make the experiences there for smaller children as much as possible. I remember they gave my Son a pair of sunglasses to wear one time because he thought the lights were to bright in his eyes when he was laying back in the chair getting his teeth cleaned. I would certainly recommend them without a doubt, and have to co workers of mine. They like going here as well.
