This was my second visit to Midwest-dental. Dr. Altameemi has done an amazing job at taking care of me her and her staff have always provided an excellent experience. After having had previous experiences elsewhere that were not so ideal I was nervous to find a new dentist I could trust. Dr. Altameemi took the time to learn about me on a personal level before beginning treatment to make me feel comfortable and her voice is so calming,she is a perfectionist!!!!! They never try selling you services you don't need either. The Midwest-dental family is friendly, compassionate and professional. They are worth driving the distance to have your mouth taken care of. Going to the dentist was never my favorite thing to do but I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Altameemi and her staff. I always find myself looking forward to my next visit.

The dentist here is so friendly and caring as is the dental hygienist is friendly and caring and does an excellent job as well. Been going here for years now and totally trust them. Update: though the dentist and hygienist are great I had a horrible experience with the new office staff. I had an appointment on a Thursday before new years weekend. When I got there they had a sign up that they decided to go home early for the holiday. They said the called everyone to cancel but forgot to call me. I called and left a message that I was not happy not to get a call. They sent a letter stating they called everyone but here is $50 off your bill. They claimed that they must not have a good phone number for me which is not true unless someone changed it without permission. You have to pay in full for services so $50 does me no good. I don't need work my ins pays for cleanings. I decided to move on. Hope to find an office with better front desk help. They get bills wrong often as well.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would! The dentist herself is AWESOME! However the receptionist does not know how to do her billing! She over charged me, waited for insurance to catch up and notify her AND THEN contacted me 2 months later to tell me She owes me a refund. They owed me $1700! Which took a month to give back to me. They want money up front , rob you and then wait for a 3rd party to pay you. This party has several issues with their system being down ( reason for delay, on payback) then, turned around and billed my husband under the wrong name AND claim number! Defintaely will not be back!
