I recently had a cavity fill for the 1st time and the dentist and hygienist did great at walking me through and calming me down for the worst part (the numbness injection into my gums). They also have very reasonable prices for their basic dental services.

I had a nice experience today. I was late and felt terrible, thinking my appointment time was 15 later than what it was scheduled as. They were nice and got me in anyway vs having to reschedule. I appreciated that. The Hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The doctor was very concise in going over the treatment plan and I was immediately given an out of pock estimate for each visit so we could plan accordingly.

I had gone to Midwest on many occasions and my experience was always professional and pleasant until 7-26-23. I had a hygienist that was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked about what a future dental procedure entailed, she acted as if it angered her that I would question a procedure. Ummm, excuse me, but this is MY mouth and body and I have the right to ask questions, before anyone does a thing to it.

Had used this place for years. Always had great service with dr Carrie. Most recently I went in because I chipped a tooth on my bottom jaw. They did X-rays and said I had a cavity up top. Mind you at this point I didn’t even have the slightest bit of pain. The new dr “fixed” my tooth and I was in pain for months. After several visits back and no relief I was referred to the endo. Long story short, the pain was coming from a crack in the tooth that wasn’t there before the filling so I ended up having to pay for the filling and then on top of it pay for a root canal and a crown. Not a great experience.

Predatory dental practice. Their billing specialists mislead patients stating that their insurance will pay a large portion of their dental bills but then once services are rendered bill the full amount of the dental services done. Recently I needed a tooth pulled and I had heard good reviews about Midwest so I made an appointment. I seriously can't say enough about how great Midwest is! I was embarrassed of my teeth because I had put off going for so long but the staff made me feel so comfortable I might even wear sweatpants on my next vist! Have been going here for a few years now with my husband and children. I have decided to seek care from another dentist due to the rude receptionist. She scheduled my husband too close to his last visit and now insurance will not cover the visit. I called to find out the details of why the claim was denied and she said she was not responsible for the scheduling and making sure insurance will cover for the date of visit. We have great insurance and it's too bad that due to poor attention to detail they will lose 4 people from their business. The dentist and hygienists are nice but I refuse to check with my insurance each time.i need to schedule a routine cleaning.

I have never had a better experience at a dental office then I have here. I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist and am very particular about where I go. I wanted a female dentist who provided sedation dentistry and Midwest dental had both. She was very gentle and never rushed me through anything. She explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. I currently breastfeed my child and she accommodated my requests. I had to have an extraction done and i felt nothing. The only thing I felt was the novacaine and that barely hurt. I will never go anywhere else. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I had an emergency and Midwest Dental got me in right away. They were very professional and polite. The receptionist took care of my insurance and I was taken back to a room where I only waited a few minutes for Doctor Teahen to come in and get the process going.
