Staff are kind, compassionate, and helpful. I called ahead of my little guy's first dentist appointment to prep them since he has Sensory Processing Disorder. They were AMAZING with him, and it went off without a hitch! They even have a "No Cavities" club and present the kids with a certificate. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Otto is the best dentist. I really miss Dr. Maixner but Dr. Otto is right up there with Dr. Maixner. Very kind, gentle and puts you totally at ease and explains everything that is going to happen. Excellent addition to Midwest Dental and would highly recommend to anyone!!!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Hygienist Morgan does a nice job and is very friendly. Doctors talk on your level to help explain things so you can understand them. Everyone seems happy to be there and that reflects well on the leadership.

My Dental Hygienist Tanya did a great job, and was very thorough. She was very quick and efficient. Dr. Maixner was also very thorough, professional, and friendly to talk with. He explained what he seen regarding my hygiene, and offered advice which may help benefit me. Overall great experience!
