The dentist and hygienists are top-rate. Very good and thorough caregivers. Unfortunately I am considering changing dentists due to the overbooking of patients. In Dec of 2023 I waited for 40 minutes past my appt time to before the dentist got to me. Today (March 2024) I waited for 35 minutes past my appt time to see the dentist. This is not ok with me and I may have to switch to a place that respects their patients’ time and personal schedules.

I Didn’t feel comfortable entering this place and I guess I had the right vibe. They were in Medicare network this the reason for my appointment. I felt like a robot attacking me taking 18 X-rays of my mouth, being a new patient and just going on Medicare ins. I was told after having the ultrasonic cleaning (which was new to me also) that I had 5 to 6 cavities and one or two needed addressed right away. I thought that was strange since I had a check up and X-rays just 6 months prior at my old dentist. I had a second opinion and no cavities needed addressed or anything else. I feel Midwest Dental are just going after insurance money. I won’t be going here again.

Horrible dental ofc. After being paid in full, they refused to finish my work. After the final payment from me AND my insurance company, they referred me out, ALL WORK LEFT UNDONE! Also had to have ALL of my work done over! Plus they double charged me for what should have been only one set payment. I have reported them to the Minnesota dental board.

Very accommodating! I had an emergency and called several places to find everyone booked out several months. My coworker suggested Midwest, I called and they were only open until noon as it was a Friday. Receptionist talked to the dentist and she said for me to come on in and they took care of me!! I have very high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. She did her best to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I liked that there was a big screen infront of you the whole time where they show you your X-rays, pictures of your teeth and explain what they are doing and what you’re looking at. They also went over all pricing throughly and let me know what insurance will cover and how much out of pocket etc. One thing I didn’t care for was the open concept of the rooms. You are only separated by small movable partitions so you can hear the other patients being worked on. I hate the sound of the drill so that was the only thing that was unpleasant for me. Otherwise overall good experience.

Its the only place open on the weekend and I like not having to take a day off to get work done. I had to drive from St Cloud but the weekend thing made it worth it. OK staff but my dentist changed a few times over a few years so the turnover seems a bit high. And the equipment was rundown. I kind of felt like I might need a tetanus shot after each visit. I changed to a local dentist but I would go back. The work was ok.

I dreaded going to the dentist and used to have to do sedation dentistry to get me through an appointment. The first visit was full set of x-rays and cleaning. There did seems to be a lot of work recommended but Dr J was willing to prioritize the work and help me maximize my dental insurance for the year. In two visits I was able to get 10 cavities filled and a partial denture. I really like the Saturday appointment option. Dr J was patient and calming during my visits. I didn't think that I would get to a point where I didn't dread going to the dentist and now I have a dentist that I am OK seeing.

I had a dental amalgam filling (from a different provider) break/fall out earlier in the week. I thought it would be a couple weeks for anyone to just take a look at what happened with the filling and another appointment to fix it, but the good Dr. fit me in on a Saturday which was amazing, and they took care of a cavity I had forming on a different tooth. Will be coming back to check my other fillings and I would recommend this provider over Princeton Dental.

I do not care for dentists but went in, the front desk person was very friendly and nice I only waited for maybe 2 minutes before I was called back. My husband and our three kids have been going there in the last few years. Recently our two youngest, ages 9 and 5, had their every six month regular cleaning. Our youngest forgot to bring her stuffed animal with so she was a little nervous. One of the assistants, Dottie was very sweet and told my daughter they have little stuffed animals that she can hold on to while they do the cleaning. They care about their patients. This place is a scam or they don't know what they doing because my son and I went for fillings and they told us we have to get root canal. So we went to another dentist which we did just a regular filling. These people only want your money so beware of them. Their cleaning is no good either. This dentist is only out for your money and is know as root canal specialist.

Had a appointment set up for 6 months after my daughter last appointment there and they call to confirm her appointment the day before and then call me back at 4:55 pm the day before to tell me they no longer take her insurance!!! Really I have a appointment set for 6 months (they stopped taking her insurance Jan.1st they said) and their just telling me the day before when I've taken off work and had to move stuff around to get her there!!!! And the person I talked to on the phone acted like it was my fault for what insurance I had, not a sorry or anything!!!! Oh yeah, And I wasn't impressed at all with the place last time I was there.

I didnt plan on going into late January but found myself with a dental emergency. I had Dr "J" as he likes to be called. He was amazing. Very professional, and he asked me very detailed questions regarding my general health to help determine the problem. So many things went wrong, I don't know where to start. My questions weren't answered. The fillings I was supposed to have done were random and they didn't even get the right teeth! The filling compound used to fill was left all over my teeth. My complaints were never addressed. There were several other problems too so I filed a complaint with MN Dental Association. My complaint was "rejected" so WeCare Dental didn't have to fix all the mistakes they made. I just started going to a new dentist and he corrected all the problems. This office is more like a production line with TONS of dentists who work all hours. 90% of their dentists are Vietnamese with very poor English. Maybe they work cheap? I would never recommend this place to anyone.

STATE INSURANCE NOT ACCEPTED!!!!!!! I was a patient of the Smile Center before it became WeCare Dental. Since the dental office changed names, I had been forced to visit the Sherburne County offices to obtain both medical and dental state insurance. WeCare Dental does not except this form of insurance, and refuses to treat any new patients that are insured through the state. I understood the fact that they are not excepting new patients, but I had been seen in the when it was called Smile Center, and still I was turned away despite the fact that they had me in there records. Smile Center will not treat anyone with state coverage whether they have a emergency situation or whether it is a standard check up. EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PATIENTS WITH THIS TYPE OF INSURANCE, AND SHOULD NOT WASTE THERE TIME VISITING THERE OFFICES, OR CALLING TO SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT.

I have been coming to We Care in Big Lake for 2 years for general care and have been pleased with the service and the price. When I needed to have a crown done, Dr. Vu took great care of me. I was a bit nervous as this was my 1st crown, but all of the staff - from reception to hygenist and especially Dr. Vu - really made me feel confortable with the process. I honestly felt like Dr. Vu took his time and really cared about making sure the crown was an exact fit (and was concerned with my comfort at all times during the procedure) I was suprised and very happy to find that in as little as less then 2 days most pain and sensitivity was nonexistent. I don't normally write reviews but felt like WeCare and Dr. Vu were worth it. Thanks!

HORRIBLE! I went there once to just get fillings done. And the dentist did the worst job I have ever seen in my life! He didn't even fill the cavities. All he did was put fillings in random spots on the left side of my mouth. They were suppose to do work on the right side as well, but they never did it. They just kept telling me to set up another appointment to come back. I do work and go to college and have a child to care for. I cannot keep coming back over and over again. I had this work done on the left side almost 2 months ago, and I'm still not able to chew on that side of my mouth. Every time I bite down, it hurts SO BAD! So now I have to go to a different dentist and have them fix the left side of my mouth. Which whatever the price is on that bill, WeCare WILL BE paying for it.
