Kirsten was very gentle when she was examining my gums and cleaning my teeth. I asked her to check something I’d noticed and she did so and explained what it might be and said if it ever bothered me to let them know. It didn’t bother me, but I was curious as to what it was. The Dr examined my teeth and said that the implant looked good and she was very concerning and polite. From the front desk to the exam room, I was treated like royalty and I always have been. Very professional folks who are excellent in what they do for their patients.

Absolutely horrible front office staff. I’ve been going back and forth for a week trying to get records sent to another dentist. Multiple versions of forms sent including some wanting personal info and signature sent via unsecured email instead of a secured portal. Promised calls back or emails with no follow up while others refuse to follow up and that I have to continue to call even tho they don’t answer their phones. Forms supposedly aren’t there and then poof they appear. Records management is horrendous here and highly suspicious they aren’t even listed with the BBB. I’m sure the board of dentistry is going to have fun looking into them.

I wish i could give a better review. The receptionist was nice, and the space clean and calm. But my annoyance is from being told on the phone that I would be able to bring my daughter in for an urgent eval- after being on hold so that the Dr could be asked if they would even see her.. only to once she was in the chair be told by said Dentist that she isn't even gonna look and just referred us somewhere else. I can appreciate the referral at least but i wish they would have said that up front instead of after the fact.

Terrible. I have black & blue marks on outside of rt. cheek. Told dentist it hurt & she told me it's from novocaine. Was wrong answer. Not very helpful. Was overcharged to pull 2 of my smallest teeth. Told me bill was $950.00. Said I wouldn't pay that. Then it was $490.00. Still overcharged. Won't go back there.

When doctor Eaton was there, place was fabulous. I was always happy to see my doctor and hygienist. Everything went downhill after she left. I went to get routine cleaning couple months ago and the new stuff is so ignorant and unprofessional. First time in my life I was bleeding after the cleaning(I don’t have sensitive gums), when I pointed it out to hygienist she said that is because she is doing good job. After the new doctor stop by for the check up immediately she said to me that one of my fillings is failing (without X rays) and rushed me to schedule an appointment. She did not even introduced herself or was polite, she was cold, mean, inattentive and pushy. Guess what, I saw other doctor a couple month later and my filing is just fine my new doctor even took X rays. And wasn’t just guessing.

This was my first time visiting this location. I used to go to the Eagan location and the receptionist and doctors here are much more welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Eaton and Bri were extremely professional and kind as I have always been insecure about my teeth. She made sure to explain any plans she had for procedures and involved me in the process. They made me want to go to the dentist everyday if I had the choice! Highly recommend!!

Best dental experience I've had since the dawn of my existence. From the initial call to schedule to the follow up visits, this group of absolute bosses is ridiculously competent and kind. It's so close that this place is organized by people who truly CARE about the client experience. Front desk is led by a danged ROCK STAR that always greets me positively, knows why I'm there and what she needs from me, and helps me to feel comfortable immediately. The hygienist is next and she's a sheer delight, explains what she's doing and why and ALWAYS males sure that I'm comfortable. Then, can we talk about Dr. Eaton? The G.O.A.T. to be sure. So. Very. Crazy. Incredible. Such a professional but still manages to have immense grace and true kindness in the care that she provides. Thoughtful and smart as all get out. I will never see another dentist so long as I have teeth in my mouth.

I honestly had a bad first impression of this location, due to what I consider to be very poor communication by the front desk team. The result of this communication error meant that I had to come back a second time to complete my visit. I considered cancelling but instead went ahead with my appointment as (re)scheduled and I’m really glad I did! The care team here who performed my actual services were fantastic! They were extremely compassionate and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. They were quick and efficient, and got me out in literally half the time I had expected, but I never felt like they were rushing or cutting corners. I still honestly feel like the front desk team leaves a bit to be desired in my opinion, but Dr. Eaton and team in the back (I wish I remembered their names!) were really, really great!

If you’re scared of going to the dentist, this is the place for you!!! I’ve always feared going and decided it was time to go back. I had always gone to metro dental and wanted to find a new place. I am SO thankful I went here! Brianna did my x rays, Melissa did my deep cleaning, and Dr. Eaton has also worked on my teeth. The receptionists are super friendly and accommodating. Everyone I’ve met so far has been absolutely amazing. So kind, attentive, caring, etc. I’ve never felt so at ease and comfortable before! 10/10 would recommend, this is my forever dental clinic! I had a very pleasant experience at Midwest Dental with Dr. Eaton. I was tired of doing the same old Metro dental care and was looking for a new dentist and she had been referred to me from other people. Most horrid experience ever. Need a tooth extracted and wanted to be sedated. Get to my appt and the Dr couldn't find her tools, didn't read any of my new patient info. Said they might be out of laughing gas and I was charged for it but never felt it was working. About 10 novacaine shots later i could still feel the nerve! But she did say she could get it out in 4 sections! Omg!!! Nightmare.

DO NOT PATRONIZE. The receptionist was very efficient and nice. 9 out 10. That’s the only good thing about this place. The person who ushers you in looked like she did not want to be there. No smile no welcome….she could have cared less. She didn’t know anything about the patient. There is no dental hygienist, the dentist is the one who cleans your teeth. She did not come off as being friendly at all. Very polite and to the point but not customer friendly. I’ve been to 6 dentists in my life time, this has to be there worst experience. I would be surprised if they are in business in a year. I know I nor my family won’t be going there again.

At the front desk staff was friendly but the rest of them was not special the doctor. Last but not the list somehow I was supposed to get a free toothbrush with my cleaning and i was discussed how they handle that as well by give me a little brush which I was supposed to get a Electronic toothbrush that's how they advertise so I had to ask for it.!!! It is Beautiful location and beautiful clinic but what make the difference is the people and how passionate they are what they do and honestly I didn't see that with them.

The first time I went to Enhance Dental was a tooth extraction and was done with very little pain. After the procedure, I felt no pain and did not require any pain killers. I also went to Enhance Dental for a Deep Cleaning. The Dental Hygienist did a wonderful job leaving my teeth clean and fresh. The staff at Enhance Dental are friendly and helpful.
