I had an emergency dental situation with a very painful molar - I spoke with Cherie on the phone, she was wonderful! Her compassion, empathy, and understanding were incredible. Dr. Hughes was just was wonderful! She definitely leads by example! Dr. Hughes took it upon herself to call multiple endodontist offices to ensure I could be seen that day. I was a new patient for Midwest Dental, they took care of me like I was a years long patient! Absolutely amazing people!!

Very caring staff and Dentist! I have very high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and always have. I went to this dentist for the first time Tuesday, and for the first time I didn't feel like I was being judged and after a few minutes of talking with them my anxiety and panicky feeling started to go away. Dentist Drexler is very welcoming and caring and takes the time to explain options and treatment plans and goes above and beyond to make sure your receiving the best treatment for you!

Dr. Drexler sat with me, explain the whole process and even after my 100th question was happy to answer them all. I decided that I was most comfortable driving to this dentist to complete the crown process, even though there was a long drive involved. Dr. Drexler not only made the experience pleasant, but quick and literally painless! Dr. Drexler and staff make you feel welcome, are extremely knowledgeable, and fun. I would recommend never going to this place! They charged me more then my insurance company said I should have to pay and NEVER let me know of the credit balance on my account. When I went in with my daughter and had to pay in advance for her filling they DID NOT apply that credit balance towards her payment, they told me it was on a different account. Funny I am the one that carries the insurance and she's a minor so I would be paying for everything, but it just didn't show up. They again charged more then my insurance said I should have to pay and I had to call them. They send out no statements to let you know if your account has any kind of balance, but I'm sure they would be calling if I owed!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The dental assistants are great, the dentist on the other hand does not do good work. He actually tried to charge for work that was never done. It has been 3 or 4 weeks and we are still dealing with it. She won't be able to get any work done on it covered by insurance until it is. My wife had a tooth pulled and ended up getting dry socket. He refused to pack it, which is a common practice, so she suffered until we went somewhere else. Also, dentist rotate out of this location pretty quickly. Not sure why.

I had an emergency dental situation with a very painful molar - I spoke with Cherie on the phone, she was wonderful! Her compassion, empathy, and understanding were incredible. Dr. Hughes was just was wonderful! She definitely leads by example! Dr. Hughes took it upon herself to call multiple endodontist offices to ensure I could be seen that day. I was a new patient for Midwest Dental, they took care of me like I was a years long patient! Absolutely amazing people!!

Dr. Drexler sat with me, explain the whole process and even after my 100th question was happy to answer them all. I decided that I was most comfortable driving to this dentist to complete the crown process, even though there was a long drive involved. I would recommend never going to this place! They charged me more then my insurance company said I should have to pay and NEVER let me know of the credit balance on my account. When I went in with my daughter and had to pay in advance for her filling they DID NOT apply that credit balance towards her payment, they told me it was on a different account. Funny I am the one that carries the insurance and she's a minor so I would be paying for everything, but it just didn't show up. They again charged more then my insurance said I should have to pay and I had to call them. They send out no statements to let you know if your account has any kind of balance, but I'm sure they would be calling if I owed!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The dental assistants are great, the dentist on the other hand does not do good work. He actually tried to charge for work that was never done. It has been 3 or 4 weeks and we are still dealing with it. She won't be able to get any work done on it covered by insurance until it is. My wife had a tooth pulled and ended up getting dry socket. He refused to pack it, which is a common practice, so she suffered until we went somewhere else. Also, dentist rotate out of this location pretty quickly. Not sure why.
