Dr Laporte is very professional and kind. The hygienist (I’ve had a few here) are all very friendly and it makes for a pleasant experience. Normally I’d give it 5 stars but I got a cavity drilled and I was depressed about it. They did a good job of managing pain - there was some discomfort (because of the location of the cavity) Dr Laporte gave me a heads up that it would be an uncomfortable injection to numb (upper front tooth gum area) - I just forgot about dental pain since I’d been asleep for the last 2 procedures (wisdom teeth). I’ll continue using them for my dentist - they were kind- I was just bummed to have a cavity and have a bit of discomfort. I am thankful though that she got rid of the cavity. So 4/5 - another day I’ll probably go 5/5 Oh ps- dr Laporte doesn’t where a ring but she is very much engaged just fyi.

It is nearly October 2022 and this business is still requiring masks to sit in their lobby. I refuse to give a penny to any dentist that requires a mask to sit in their lobby. Think about it, the mask has to come off for any dental procedure. This is a perfect example of something that makes absolutely no sense. Currently, the CDC doesn't require masks in hospitals and other clinic settings. Yet many businesses are still living in fear and require them. No fear or face diapers for me.

Like always, I was greeted politely and was escorted to the examination room on time. The hygienist did a nice job of taking X-rays and cleaning my teeth and listened/documented my concerns. Dr. Laporte was a friendly, cheerful and professional as always. She addressed my concerns, discussed my various options, and responded intelligently to all of my questions. We’ve been seeing Dr. Laporte now for a year (after our family dentist retired after 30+ years) and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Tracy was extremely helpful with assisting on all the insurance questions. She was very patient and makes you feel like your the only one there. Traci Assisted the Dr..Dentist with the dental work She was professional and particle pretty much never.leaves.your side. Dr Le' ( the dentist)this was my first time meeting him. My first thought was man he looks young :) He patiently explained everything. I was able to receive nessareery and needed IN Formation This Dr. Le" preformed the root canal and the Crown. Traci Assisted him very well. I was impressed with this dental care I literally could have falling asleep. I think every business should return to this type of Customer Service. My hygienist Natalyia has a natural talent for, and love of her craft. She performs her work calmly with amazing focus and exceptional results. Her soothing demeanor and gentle voice make the experience one to look forward to. I highly recommend her. Dr. Vold, has a great personality which includes a sense of humor and a "bedside" manner that eases my anxiety. He is sensitive to his patient's concerns, including pain management. I have always been happy with his work. I drive 25 miles each way and have been seeing him for 15 years because I appreciate and respect him so much). Equally important though, is that I trust him not to perform needless procedures just to pay for his golf club membership (if he even has one, LOL). If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend that you give Dr. Vold a try !

It took her an hour, (I haven't been in two years, don't judge her off the time.) I thought for sure it was going to hurt because I haven't been in forever.... she took her time and my mouth felt great!

It was hard for me to find a dental office, and I thought I found this one 2 years ago, but recent changes in management have left me speechless and very upset.. I have lost staff that I grew very close to. Staff that made my visits pleasant and left me in no fear. Staff that were more helpful that I could imagine. Staff that over time became friends.. I have lost my favorite dental assistants because of management and recently I found out my favorite front desk manager Yana was let go too. I have no words, she was the highlight of my visits to the office.. I really hope my review gets shared and gets the attention of the people rightfully in management. (not the person who is managing this dental office down the drain) only reason this has 2 starts is because of Dr. Vold. The best dentist in town..
