From the initial interaction to the procedures themselves there's nothing but care and quality and I finally felt comfortable and safe and can even say I enjoyed myself a little bit at the dentist office. Not only did they improve my teeth health, but also improved the idea of going there in the first place. 100/10.

The staff at Midwest Dental - Hastings reminds me of the old office environment that I recently left. They make you feel like you're the only patient and ensure that you're comfortable at all times. I'm the type of person that puts something or someone on a pedestal and then everything and everyone else has to try and reach that top spot and they have done just that in the very short time I've been a patient. I look forward to a future relationship with Dr. Gunderson and her team and getting the rest of my family transferred over as well.

I have been coming to Midwest Dental since we moved to Hastings four years ago. Since then, I received expert care and concern, even as dentists have moved in and out. However, over the past while, I have been seeing Dr. Gunderson consistently. This past week, part of an old filling chipped out, leaving a sharp piece exposed. Midwest was able to get me in quickly, about a day after I called. Dr. Gunderson was quick in her work, moving with expertise, but also with gentleness. Dr. Gunderson and her assistant both exude calming personalities, something that is incredibly important when sitting in the dentist chair! Overall, I have had lovely experiences over the past several years, but Dr. Gunderson has been particularly important in solidifying my decision to stick with Midwest Dental. Additionally, all of the staff at the front desk are very lovely people who always remember me and are always friendly! If you are looking for a hometown dental office that demonstrates high quality patient care, timeliness, and gentle/kind personalities in their clinical staff, Midwest Dental is your place! :)

I highly recommend Midwest Dental. Dr Gunderson is personable and caring. I received a call from her after a procedure I had that needed more attention and she scheduled me in immediately. I was thankful that the situation was resolved so quickly and the office call was not charged to me.

I have had serious issues with dentistry for many years. I decided to give Dr. Milliren a chance. Dr. Milliren was more than willing to sit down with me and explain all the procedures and my options. I found his staff to be patient and understanding. I just finished up a two and a half hour dental appointment with them. I spent several days worrying about the whole thing. When I arrived they were concerned and welcoming. They did an awesome job for me. For the first time in my life I had a good dental appointment. I have to go back for some additional visits, and I will not dread them as much as I used to hate dental appointments. I find dental insurance to be confusing and not always helpful to the customer. The staff at Midwest has been very patient and helpful. They have done their best to help me with my insurance. I know they are a business and have the expenses of one. But, I know they have been as helpful as they can. In short, I would recommend them as a good place to go. They are professional, caring and will do all they can to help you. I still cant believe I had a good dental appointment. No, a great dental appointment. A sincere thank you to Dr. Milliren and his staff!
