Although the dentist and assistant were top notch, I did not like getting the disclaimer to sign minutes before my procedure. It freaked me out! Causing me to distrust the office, the procedure and the personnel. I understand you need to protect yourself legally, however there must be another way. Perhaps had I received a copy before hand to read and ponder, ask questions it would not have felt so horrible. I almost walked out of the office.

Good care and good people appointment took a little to long for me but I understand was my first time there. I'll be back in a couple weeks to start some needed work.

I was leary about a new dentist as I had seen Dr. Olson for 35 years and he was great. I do like the new dentist just as much. Very personable and knows her stuff.

We absolutely LOVE the North Oaks location. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. they are very gentle and friendly with my 5 YR old son which makes the dentist fun for him! Bev is always so chipper and friendly to see! Scheduling has never been an issue either.

This practice uses cleanings every six monthes to conduct X-rays that inform the annual dental check-up. I have received great preventive care from Dr. Carter and her predecessor, Dr. Olson. Bev does a great job of estimating out of pocket expenses that will remain after insurance payments.

Your willingness to spend 10 minutes with me as a quick emergency check on my problem is super valuable to me. It put my mind at ease before my trip just to get an expert opinion regardless if there wasn't time to do any work on it. I had been debating whether it would be easier to find a dentist closer to our neighborhood, but interactions like this confirm that you're the dentist I want. Thank you.

I live in St Louis Park MN and work in SW Mpls but have been going to Midwest Dental in North Oaks due to DDS Mark Olson, who recently retired, so I am trying out the new dentist there and so far am satisfied.

We were treated with kid gloves. My wife has a number of dental issues and was in a lot of pain. They couldn't treat her but they did give her a good idea of what has to be done next. The referral to the specialist couldn't have gone any better. We won't be seeing anyone else for our dental needs than Dr. Carter.

I received excellent treatment during my recent visit for two crown preparations. Dr. Carter's skill was very evident during all aspects of the procedure. I had no post-operative discomfort whatsoever, and was able to use the temporary crown normally from the start.

Larisa always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She puts your needs first and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Carter is very thorough and does not pressure you to have procedures done on your teeth.
