The new dental person which I do not remember his name that I met I knew I was in good hands and he made me feel so comfortable along with understanding my needs and to get done what needed to be done. They both worked together to come up with a plan to get my teeth takened care of. I hated going to the dentist but I will continue going as long as I have people like these two that will take care and understand my needs with my income that I have coming in. Thank You two so much!

The current front desk team is the best that we have ever experienced at Midwest Dental/ St Anthony. They recommended the Essential Smile Plan to us - very good savings if you don't have dental insurance. We are very satisfied patients and are grateful for the dental care we receive.
If you are looking for a dentist you can stop your search now! Dr. Aldrich and his team are INCREDIBLE!!! Truly! I have a very complicated dental history and they took time to listen… and I mean truly listen! Not only that… they CARE! After my cleaning last week Dr. Aldrich talked to a few of his orthodontists and other dentists about my history and they tried to brainstorm a way to help! The fact that he went out of his way to try to learn how to help me further was wonderful. I felt like my worries about my teeth were validated and not ignored. Finally, Midwest dental thinks of EVERYTHING!!! I had a cavity and at other dentists I would load up on Chapstick prior to the appointment because I know my lips crack. At Midwest they use Vaseline… they truly think of you as a person and want to make you comfortable. In addition, the numbing needles are never fun… but at Midwest they use a numbing gel first and you can barely feel the needle! So simple and brilliant! Overall I was HIGHLY pleased with Midwest Dental and truly can’t recommend Dr. Aldrich enough! Thank you Dr. Aldrich and your team for truly caring about me and my unique smile. I appreciate you taking time to listen. You have no idea how even the smallest actions such as applying Vaseline and numbing gel meant. I know I received the best care at your office! I will see you in 6 months!

I chose Midwest Dental in St. Anthony primarily because my sister and her husband go there. I was seen by DR. ANDY G. ALDRICH. I'm very happy with him. His 'chair side manner' is extremely calming. He didn't question my 'fears' at all, and noted my preference in having Novocain for any procedure done was most welcoming. I would not hesitate in recommending Midwest Dental, and particularly DR. I came to Midwest Dental and Dr. Aldrich for a basic cleaning and to ask questions about my bite, because I was experiencing lock jaw in my sleep. The assistant, Kirsten, was engaging and friendly throughout the whole appointment. Dr. Aldrich did a thorough job of examining my jaw and explaining the impact of clenching teeth over time. Dr. Aldrich answered all the questions I had clearly and calmly. Dr. Aldrich was open and honest about my billing and helpful in creating a treatment plan for my case. I'm exciting to keep coming back to Midwest Dental because of their friendly service and quality of care providers.

Dr Steen always takes ample time to explain the science and reason behind procedures to me, so I know fully what is happening with my health. Janine is an INCREDIBLE hygienist. Really--the best I've ever had. My mom has managed dental offices since I was born, so I grew up in offices, reading Highlights. Janine has a soft, considerate touch--is empathetic to your pain and wants to make it a pleasurable experience. She chats with you in a comfortable manner--not an obligatory small talk way. I continue to come back to this clinic for a handful of reasons--but Janine is #1.

Richard the Assistant was friendly, calm, and did his job very well. Jane, the hygienist was kind, and made me very relaxed as I went through a 'root planing' tooth cleaning. She was professional and very, very experienced. (I was pretty surprised at the strong numbing effect of a simple gel.) Rachel, the Business Manager, worked very compassionately with my situation. I would highly recommend this team! Haven't worked with other staff or Dentists, but everyone seemed very upbeat.
