Our family has gone to this dental office for over 30 years …we’ve seen lots of changes through the years and 3 locations. Even though the original dentist has retired we still absolutely love the staff. The newest dentist, Dr Heydt is AMAZING! She cares for each patient as if they’re the only one. Today was my first visit. I was nervous because I have recessed gums and sensitive teeth, but both the Hygienist and Dentist had gentle hands which makes me feel relieved. Everyone was so nice, compassionate and professional. The Dentist took time to answer my questions and shared so much knowledge and advice for my care, more than I've ever received at any other office. I am love the staff and the dentist. Dr. Mondry has been my dentist for the past 3-4 years. I travel about 40 minutes away to see her because she is the absolute best dentist I have ever had. I haven't visited a dentist in 16 years. I am insanely phobic of the dentist and all the pain that goes along with it. The team at Midwest Dental was kind, patient, and understanding beyond belief. In just 3 appointments with them I have gone from deathly fearing the dentist to almost viewing it now as a small annoyance. I doubt I will ever "like" the dentist, but the team here at this location has brought me a whole lot closer.
