My experience during the dental appointment was great with 1 exception. The dentist worked on filing the tooth without any anesthetic. The pain was bearable, but could have been avoided. However I was told 2 different things between the dentist and the office staff. It had been my understanding that I would be able to to have the crown applied before the 1st of the year. When I got th the scheduling desk it would be the end of January meaning a huge chunk of my dental budget will now come out of 2024 for that 1 tooth leaving a lot less for other teeth than planned.

Had a great first visit, despite it being a last minute emergency visit as a new patient! I woke up in the night with terrible tooth pain from a bad bite on a crown (done by another dentist 8 months before). Came in with a toothache and was told they can't do anything but refer me to someone that can, thanks for the waste of time. Only thing I got out the visit were four lousy hydrocodones to deal with the pain. Go to the pharmacy to get em and find out they screwed up my name despite me spelling it for them on multiple forms. Had to drive all the way back to pick up a corrected prescription and now I'm still waiting for some pain relief. Very difficult to recommend this place when there are a handful of others with glowing reviews, definitely will be checking one of them out instead of ever going back to here.

My mother was charged $225 for her initial exam and x-rays today. These charges did not even include a cleaning. My mother was not informed of the required new patient procedures, nor of their cost and that payment was due immediately, upon booking the appointment. I called to clarify this point and Sarah, the receptionist, argued with me and implied that my mother "forgot" that she was given this information prior to the appointment. My mother's memory is intact, but I fear for any elderly person who visits this dental office. I asked why their prices are 3-4 times more than any other area dentist and was given the reason that their dentists are "exceptional." I will take my chances elsewhere. Jolene G.
