wish I could give 0 stars! rude employees to start with ...you make an appointment 2 weeks in advance and an hour prior to that appointment they tell you they can't do it call someone else and hang up on you. I had to call back no voicemail left either. funny you have to give 24 hour notice to cancel but they can give an hour...yea ok your patients don't matter....fine by me I was warned to not go here but gave them a chance....BAD CHOICE. I would NOT recommend taking your children here they do not comfort them they actually give them anxiety and hate dentist makes it hard to start good dental hygiene. Also they say they will help you with your process and send the referral...they never do... funny their services list on their website say they do all these things...yet they don't? why at least tell your patients of 6 years why?

They like to cancel your appointment the night before your appointment. I have had to reschedule at least 3 times for this. I would not recommend This dentist unless you don't mind rescheduling because they don't have time for your kids.

I've been searching for a good dentist since I moved back to the area. It's been one bad experience after another, until a friend referred me her new dentist, Dr. Botsford at Midwest Dental in Baldwin! The staff are very friendly, my hygienist is thorough and gentle, and Dr. Botsford is very personable, and knowledgeable on so many levels. He discusses your long term objectives, care options and tells you what to expect. I can keep going, but this review would be too long.

I called and asked for an emergency appointment due to tooth ache on a Thursday morning and was not given a 15’ minutes appointment until Monday afternoon, for a quick X-ray and prescription med for the pain. I had a cleaning and fillings fixed up, and they are very affable, amicable and amiable, from the front desk to Dr. Botsford and his assistant Rochelle. Class act all the way. I can't remember the name of the dentist but she was awful My husband went in for a Toothache and she's told him he needed to have them removed it was impacted she left him go I went in and said he needed something for the pain and the infection she gave him something for the pain and not the infection, Wouldn't you give something for that infection instead of pain!! But my son in told her that he was deathly afraid of needles and the 1st thing she did was show him the needle she was going to put in for the Novakane not happy there at all!!!!

Wonderful with my children, however, I wish they had later hours to accommodate individuals who work regular work day hours, children who attend school, not open on Saturday's. Only 1 day a week they are open past 4pm and to get appointment past 4pm is booked out 2 months. If you want to make an appointment at one of their another locations they charge a fee. Online gives no option of emailing or sending them a message directly -- only a phone number to call.
