I called and asked for an emergency appointment due to tooth ache on a Thursday morning and was not given a 15’ minutes appointment until Monday afternoon, for a quick X-ray and prescription med for the pain. It had me waiting 4 days with pain. Calls to Emergency numbers were not answered or returned calls.

I had a dental cleaning with Lindsey and she is one of the best dental hygienists I’ve had in my many years of going to the dentist. Both her and Dr Botsford made suggestions for future dental treatments without any pressure to get it done immediately (because I am paying out of pocket they understand and respect the financial burden part of it). The clinic and the staff is up to date on techniques and technology. Thank you to the Baldwin clinic!

Dr. Botsford and his staff are amazing. I just had a root canal done here, and it was the most pain free visit to the dentist I have ever had. I have had cavities filled at other practices that hurt a lot worse than the root canal he performed. Cheap too!

I can't remember the name of the dentist but she was awful My husband went in for a Toothache and she's told him he needed to have them removed it was impacted she left him go I went in and said he needed something for the pain and the infection she gave him something for the pain and not the infection, Wouldn't you give something for that infection instead of pain!! But my son in told her that he was deathly afraid of needles and the 1st thing she did was show him the needle she was going to put in for the Novakane not happy there at all!!!!

Wonderful with my children, however, I wish they had later hours to accommodate individuals who work regular work day hours, children who attend school, not open on Saturday's. Only 1 day a week they are open past 4pm and to get appointment past 4pm is booked out 2 months. If you want to make an appointment at one of their another locations they charge a fee. Online gives no option of emailing or sending them a message directly -- only a phone number to call.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Midwest Dental in Baldwin, WI. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jamie (the hygienist I spent the most time with) was remarkable in her skill and knowledge and I appreciate how she spent the time to explain everything as she was doing it. Dr. Botsford was also very friendly and definitely competent and knowledgeable. I'm very please to have found a place I would be more than happy to come back to and would recommend this office to family and friends.
