The personnel and cleaning were awesome. I totally love it when hygienists give you tips to care for your teeth. New tips, not the old ones I've heard since I was 10. Flossing is good, but this is why you have excess tartar, so you may want to do this, etc. And brushing this way or that way. Keeping my own teeth for as long as possible is my ultimate goal.

Rebecca is the best and should get a substantial raise. My oral health is excellent and can be attributed to her long term efforts to my care.

My cleaning went well, very efficient and cordial. After 30 years of dentistry at this facility I was used to talking with the dentist at the end of the cleaning and being able to ask him a question. I don't like to have to come back to ask a small question about a tooth concern.

Had the dental hygienist only this visit per my request since I no longer have dental insurance. She had my teeth squeaky clean by the end of my visit. She was very personable and extremely gentle. She also explained my procedure options for my next visit including payments. Once we decided what I wanted to have done, she made my appointment after I was done but still in the chair. I did not feel pressured. I appreciated not having to stop and wait at the front desk.

I was planning on finding a new dentist because I was concerned about the turnover rate of the dentists and hygienists. I discussed my concerns and the hygienist advised me that a new full time dentist was scheduled to start soon and she, herself, made my 6 month appointment with her. I was also very impressed with the care provided by the interim dentist. My decision was made...I’m staying.
