I finally took the leap and went there. First dentist in 10 years and they were great on not judging me haha. Very nice staff, worked with my insurance and explained what needs to be done to get my smile back! Surprisingly cheaper than Aspen. Got seen within 2 days of calling and made next appointment 2 days later! I do need a lot of work done, but they broke it down as to how I could do things in steps. I would recommend this office for sure!

Like I imagine many people do, I hate going to the dentist, but heck if these people don't make it so much better. They're so friendly, so kind, and so transparent about explaining everything they're doing—I spent all of my childhood and young adulthood having no idea what the purpose of most of the poking and scraping was, and you'd be surprised how much less stressful it is being at Midwest Dental just because they explain things so clearly and thoroughly. 1st time I went the lady at the front desk was in the back talking so I had to wait 15 minutes until she came back so I could hand in the form so I could finally leave. 2nd time I went they wouldn’t even work on me because they said they needed an hour for my pre-med to be in me before they start ( which no one ever said or let me know at any point) and the bottle, and the doctor prescribing it both said 30 minutes / a half hour which I did. So basically I took antibiotics 4 nothing… thanks Dr. Christine smith & Midwest dental…lol smh????… Never been anywhere so unprofessional as this place.

Everything went so well from scheduling my appointment, the receptionist was so nice and friendly but yet helpful! I was able to get in same day thank god they eventually sent me to a specialist that was able to do my root canal very well and to come back and get crowns done back at Midwest! Found all staff to be friendly, caring and fun. Everything was explained as we went along. The first visit did include cleaning which is great- never understood why some dentists went to separate appointments for cleaning. Was back yesterday to have an old filling redone. Was in and out in 45 min. No pain at all- not even from the novacain shot I'm all set up for my 6 month appointment- no one tried to sell me flouride varnish or anything else I didn't want. This is the kind of service and staff I really appreciate!

I was greeted with a warm welcome as a new patient. Dr Meinhardt and his assistant listened to my needs/requests for individualizing my anesthesia so I felt very comfortable. I must say that I have a fear of going to the dentist that stems back to my childhood 50 years ago. I have been going to Midwest Dental for over 15 years. Yesterday was my first visit with their new dentist, Dr. Adam Meinhardt. He is a warm and caring man and took the time to review and explain my treatment options for a couple cavities that were found. I enjoyed the conversation we had about his family of dentists and his roots in Menomonee Falls. As a third generation dentist, I am comfortable putting my trust in him. The hygienists have been great. While I don't floss as often as I should, they are encouraging and my cleanings are virtually pain free, which hasn't always been the case. The front office staff shows me great hospitality when I arrive and leave.

Incompetent front office staff. Please, stay away! The front office staff submitted my claim to the wrong insurance company TWICE (so I paid out of pocket) and then it took over 4 months to get my money reimbursed after Midwest Dental FINALLY submitted it to the correct insurance company. I personally think the hygienists' cleanings are a bit aggressive and painful as well. For your sanity's sake, go somewhere else.

I could not be happier with everyone who helped me as a new patient here yesterday. The receptionist was amazing and so welcoming, I felt like she had known me forever. My hygienist, "gentle Jen" was amazing. She was so careful and gentle and we shared stories about our sons. It was like going to visit a friend and catch up rather than getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Meinhardt was the best dentist I've ever had. I was so through and really took the time to explain areas of concern with me and I truly felt like he valued me as a patient. The office was so clean and I could tell that everything was sanitized prior to each patient use unlike other offices (*cough, cough, Dental Works, cough*) I will certainly be a lifelong patient here and would recommend this office to anyone.
