Everyone was very kind, caring, and informative. From the minute I walked in, I was warmly greeted. Things were explained clearly as Jennifer took X-rays and cleaned my teeth. Adam also explained things with care. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I was first greeted VERY warmly by the receptionist. I apologize I did not get her name but I felt so welcomed and it was as if she had known me for ever, great way to walk in as a new patient. My hygienist, "Gentle Jen" was fantastic! She was very gentle and we were sharing stores about our sons. I felt very welcomed and relaxed while working with her. Dr. Meinhardt was great, he did a very through exam as opposed to previous dentists that I've been to. I can tell he really values his patients and loves his job. I also want to say how hygienic everything was while I was there. Jen used hand sanitizer after and before applying gloves and all of the computer items were covered with disposable plastic covers and the lead cape I wore was immediately wiped down after I used it. At my previous dentist, Dental Works, they were still using paper charts (which is fine) but as the hygienist was examining my mouth and writing down the status of each of my teeth she would stop, pick up a pen, write down a number, put it back down and go back into my mouth. There was no covering on the pen and I HIGHLY doubt that it was being cleaned before the next patient use. I complained about this several times and nothing was changed. They also made me have a procedure done that they told me wasn't covered by my insurance and that it was new technology and that's just what they used now but I had overheard another hygienist tell a patient that they did still use the old technology after I had the "new" non-covered technology used. They also do not allow any type of payment plan and expect you to pay in full either before you have the procedure done or before you leave the office. I hate to nag about another dentist office but I just have to say how much better the entire staff is at Midwest Dental. You now have a lifelong patient and I'm so happy I chose Midwest Dental as my provider, thank you everyone! I will be sure to tell all family, friends, and co-workers to come here.

Friendly place. The doctor has a good personality. I did not feel rushed at all. Got in within minutes of my appointment which is refreshing. They squeezed me in for a dental emergency. The only thing I would suggest about this place is to have your payment ready the day of service. Dental costs were reasonable with good dental insurance, not sure what they would be with no insurance. Also, I really like the email and text reminders for appointments.

on time, both hygienist and dentist had good people skills. But the major draw is Kelly!

Everyone was very friend, the atmosphere was relaxing and I was comfortable right away. The staff was professional and very friend. You knew everything that was going to happen prior to them doing it and if you had questions they were more then willing to answer them.

Dr Susler sees our entire family and she has been our family dentists for many years. We have a great relationship with her and her wonderful staff. Kelly the office manager knows our family by name and always asks how they are doing every time I go into the office. We couldn't ask for a better family dentists.

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Susler explains dental needs in simple and understandable patient communication. Sarah, Dr. Susler's chair side assistant is gentle, considerate and fun to be around. Kelly is very friendly and a welcoming first contact at the office. She promptly expedited insurance and payment transactions. Randa, my hygienist was resourceful and helpful explaining ongoing dental care. This is a great group of people.
