The worst cleaning I have ever Had. I Didnt get my normal Hygenist, i recieved a traveling hygenist. I was not given glasses, they didn't floss my teeth, had to have my mouth open for crazy long periods of time. They only rinsed my mouth with water one time.

Great Staff! I had some yellowing soft enamel spots taken care of on my front teeth. I am shook with how great they look now! The dentist matched the filling color to my tooth color perfectly, you can't even tell there are filings there now! The staff, along with the Dentist I saw are all wonderful. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a few doctors in the last few years of my care here, and I can’t recall ever being disappointed. All of the staff are great to interact with, and they make a dreaded dental visit into a fun and laughable time. Alliee is an amazing assistant and always thoroughly answers and explains any questions. She has an amazingly genuine demeanor that puts you at ease and makes you feel special. I almost always end up laughing during numbing injections, when years ago I was a crying anxious mess during them. My husband had dreaded the dentist and ignored dental needs for ten years. I finally convinced him to come in and he has been so happy with his experiences. I cannot say enough good things about the Chilton clinic!

I once had a scheduled appointment which I failed to appear at due to reasons outside of my control. I called the very next day and the lady on the phone gave me a bit of an attitude as she claimed they were booked for next 5 months. THE NEXT FIVE MONTHS. How ridiculous is that? If you can’t serve your local customers in a timely fashion then you might need to address that.

I have had to have fillings since I was little. For the first time in my life with dentists, Dr. Reed's dental block hardly hurt! Dental blocks usually make my eyes water, not anymore! We had a great experience yesterday when we took my bonus kiddo here for the first time yesterday. It's been awhile since he's been to the dentist so he was pretty nervous about it and was telling us that he hates the dentist. Everyone was absolutely great with him by the end of his appointment, he was excited to being making a difference in his teeth. He was even doing the math to see when his next appointment would be and we had no arguments or "forgetting" about brushing his teeth last night or this morning. That's a huge and welcome change. Thank you so much!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have no Insurance so I'm willing to pay out of pocket. I broke a tooth and went to get it fixed. They would not do it without X-rays. I don't want x-rays and don't want to pay for them. So my filling with x-rays cost me well over 300 dollars. Then I enquired about cleaning. I was told they wouldn't do it without complete set of x-rays and a exam . I don't want x-rays or exam, just a simple cleaning. So I left. Then I received a coupon in the mail from them stating exam, x-rays and cleaning for 89 dollars. So at my appointment, they do complete x-rays and exam and tell me they can't do regular cleaning. I require deep cleaning not covered on coupon. So now I have been there 2 times to get cleaning and after 2 appointments taking over 1 1/2 hours each, I receive a bill for x-rays that I don't want and exam I don't want. Still no cleaning.

Forced to change dentists as most dentists including my old one do "not want to become involved in Medicare. When I retired I lost my old dental insurance and am now covered under a Medicare Advantage plan with dental coverage. Midwest Dental had all my info, my records from my old dentist, the appt started within 5 min. of my appt time. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist were friendly, competent and gentle. The hygienist could have taught my last one a lesson in thoroughness. (And I thought my last one was thorough until I experienced a cleaning with Jessica! Glad to have switched and it is only 5 min. from my home.

My husband had a cavity filled just recently at Midwest Dental in Chilton. Unfortunately only a month or two later it needed to be refilled and he was in a lot of pain. We tried calling but the office was closed because it was a Friday and no emergency number was offered at the time. We ended up having to go to another office since all Midwest Dentals in the area were closed (I must have called at least 8 different clinics that day trying to find anyone who could help). We've now come to find out that our insurance only covered the cost of the initial filling and now we are stuck with a bill for the repair, which should not have needed to happen given that it was so new. I called Midwest Dental about the concern, but they were unwilling to cover the cost of the repair. I had previously been really impressed with their service. However after this experience our family will be leaving to go elsewhere.
