Receptionist is nice. The rest of the place is to be desired. I understand that you want to have the most customers possible to make money, but I feel so rushed in and out every time that I don’t get the care or time needed to do a good jobs job. The dentist doesn’t even have the time to answer questions after a cavity filling did not feel right. The hygenist taking my x rays was shoving the tool in my mouth and literally running to take the pictures. The quality is worse than any dentist I’ve ever been too, not to the point it’s unacceptable but not far off either.

You make an appointment for cleaning, you wait 2 months for only X-rays to be done and you have to wait 2 more months to be able to have an appointment for cleaning. They should explain these things to new patients at the time of making the appointment. Very unhappy with this service. Staff is very friendly at least.

I had a relatively simple filling done. The results were satisfactory, but while I was in the chair, after local anesthetic had been administered, the dentist excused himself and left me and the assistant alone for what turned out to be 15-20 minutes. Upon return, he said that he had to attend to post-cleaning exams, and suggested that scheduling of cleanings might be too tight. In addition, while the dentist was working on my filling, he and the assistant discussed lunch plans at some length. Maybe I'm being a little picky, but that's the first time I've ever been in the chair and felt like my procedure was the second-most important subject on his mind.

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time, and figured it was about time to get my teeth checked out. I hate dentists, and was a bit nervous coming in for the first time. However, everyone was extremely nice. The receptionist knew who I was the second I walked in, and the wait was only about 5 minutes. The experience cleaning my teeth was great (as great as getting your teeth cleaning can be!), and everything was explained to me. As a plus, I received a hand-written card in the mail a few days after my appointment, thanking me for coming in, and referencing what we had discussed in my appointment. I will be coming back!

Used to be my favorite dentist. They recently went through some staff changes and are now ranking a 1 instead of a 5 in my book. I had an appt. today - showed up for it and while in the waiting room was told they canceled and rescheduled the appt for me. Yes, I had a missed call last week, but I wish I could replay it for all of you to see it was just a bunch of static. A good receptionist would have continued to call to ensure the message was heard - and also to ensure the patients rescheduled date worked for them. Now I missed a day of work and didn't get to have my teeth cleaned. When I went to reschedule to a date that would actually work for me, I also found out my favorite hygienist moved....so I'll be going to that dentist from now on.
