So grateful for the staff at the FDL Midwest Dental! They are all so kind and really care about their patients. I had some small teeth in the very front and they were very noticeable. I had a lengthy appointment and Dr Bhatt was very quick and efficient as well as informative and considerate. When I looked at the dental work that was done, it is barely noticeable! How wonderful!!! Thank you for your help! You guys are awesome. Dr Bhatt is super nice and funny and the hygienists are great. They are really knowledgeable and make sure you have all the info you need to make informed decisions on your dental health and after care. They worked really hard to get me in asap to get my issue fixed. The morning front desk lady knows her stuff and is really nice Had an issue with a late afternoon front desk lady not knowing her billing info. Didn't try to explain anything. I think she's the same one I spoke with over the phone and she didn't have any info for me about billing...Just kept telling me to figure it out online...like that's an answer. Other than that I had a seemless visit. Recommend for sure.

I was a new patient from another state I had them talk to my old dentist to transfer everything they needed so I wouldn't get denied from my insurance. I called my insurance to double check on what their office told me would be done, exam, xrays. I made it quite clear on $1300 a month I could not afford anything not covered by insurance. So after all was said and done I got a bill for $83. To find out they did a comprehensive exam which was not covered instead of an oral exam. ( didnt know there was 2 types of exams) When I complained she said that was their policy is for new patients. I would have to pay. I asked if they could help me out by reducing the bill as non insurance patrons get a 50% discount and new patients get a special. Absolutely NOT. I would have to make payments. They also charge $12 per visit for disinfecting due to covid( they don't tell you this until you arrive) Which being a dental office they should have been disinfecting before covid. That's probably like $200 a day from all the patients. Also had a cleaning and they don't tell you until your in the middle of your cleaning they aren't doing the polishing part due to covid. Strange how the fee didn't change on that when only part of the work is preformed. I was disappointed in the whole communicating on fees. I will not return to this office for any future treatments.

VERY bad experience for me went there with suspected tooth infection, severe pain, headaches, after x-ray Dr. Machi says no infection take Tylenol and go see TMJ sorry! Maybe there lighting is bad maybe there x-ray is outdated. TMJ is 3 weeks out, horrible pain, told no infection....5 doctor visits including urgent care, expensive MRI (brain scan) way to many prescriptions, missed work, racked up medical bills and unbelievable pain and agony. Finally get x-ray results from TMJ.....take a guest!.....tooth infection. Don't risk it, I absolutely do not recommend

I was a new patient from another state I had them talk to my old dentist to transfer everything they needed so I wouldn't get denied from my insurance. I called my insurance to double check on what their office told me would be done, exam, xrays. I made it quite clear on $1300 a month I could not afford anything not covered by insurance. So after all was said and done I got a bill for $83. To find out they did a comprehensive exam which was not covered instead of an oral exam. ( didnt know there was 2 types of exams) When I complained she said that was their policy is for new patients. I would have to pay. I asked if they could help me out by reducing the bill as non insurance patrons get a 50% discount and new patients get a special. Absolutely NOT. I would have to make payments. They also charge $12 per visit for disinfecting due to covid( they don't tell you this until you arrive) Which being a dental office they should have been disinfecting before covid. That's probably like $200 a day from all the patients. Also had a cleaning and they don't tell you until your in the middle of your cleaning they aren't doing the polishing part due to covid. Strange how the fee didn't change on that when only part of the work is preformed. I was disappointed in the whole communicating on fees. I will not return to this office for any future treatments.

VERY bad experience for me went there with suspected tooth infection, severe pain, headaches, after x-ray Dr. Machi says no infection take Tylenol and go see TMJ sorry! Maybe there lighting is bad maybe there x-ray is outdated. TMJ is 3 weeks out, horrible pain, told no infection....5 doctor visits including urgent care, expensive MRI (brain scan) way to many prescriptions, missed work, racked up medical bills and unbelievable pain and agony. Finally get x-ray results from TMJ.....take a guest!.....tooth infection. Don't risk it, I absolutely do not recommend
