Dr. Dongre is an excellent dentist. I had a cavity in a visible spot and he filled it and made the tooth look perfect. He is very knowledgeable and communicative about the procedure options and results. He is the best dentist I've ever been to. Our whole family goes to Dr Dongre. The office manager has been very flexible and accommodating dealing with teenagers sports/school schedules. I highly recommend Midwest Dental, Fox Point.

I gave them a 10 of course. The staff there is very friendly and efficient. Tell them thank you again and I will see them in December and Happy Thanksgiving. I am thankful for their expertise and care.

The secretary was VERY rude every time I’ve gone here. Today I had to cancel an appointment due to an emergency that happened right before my appointment and when I called to cancel and explained the situation she said “well that would’ve been nice to know earlier” and hung up!

Love the staff and my "first time" visit to Dr.Dongre was excellent. He is thorough, professional, easy to talk to, kind and "all and all" great! I will happily return AND I don't like going to the dentist!!!!

Aweful service. Had to reschedule this appointment due to this doctor being out of the office the week of my appointment unexpectedly... i am a previous patient of another Midwest dental in northern Wisconsin, they told me to come early to this appointment. My appointment was at 1:50 so I arrived at 1:20 the recieptionest doesn't seem to know anything about my paperwork even though I faxed it a month ago. After that got figured out I was taken back for my cleaning where I waiting 20mins because the doctor was finishing another patient. Bless my dental assistant Chantel because she the only person who genuinely cared that I waited forever to see the doctor. After the doctor was done with the patient he skipped me and went to a person who was DONE WITH HER CLEANING and kept me waiting AGAIN! my assistant couldn't start cleaning till my mouth was checked by the doctor so I waited about 10mins or so. Finally when the doctor comes over to me he does his exam, and then he calls the hygienist comes over and says I need a special type of cleaning for 158.00?! because of how deep my gums are??? I've never heard of this and I have regular cleanings every 6 months. After all that time waiting to tell me I owe close to 200.00 and that they couldn't clean my teeth unless I paid them upfront. I left their office at 3:00pm with no cleaning and time wasted. If you absolutely have to go here DONT!

I have been a patient of Dr. Casper's for years and she is the best! My wife is her patient, as well, as had been our children when they lived at our home. She has always had the best, most kind and gentle staff I have experienced. Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive when the practice was purchased by Midwest Dental, wondering if the service would still be so personal, but my apprehension has disappeared as much of the staff stayed in the office, as did Dr. Casper (although she's cut back on her practice). So long as she and that fine staff remains there, I will remain their patient!

My wife was charged for services she did not agree to or receive. After a cleaning was told she needed to pay over $100 before the insurance was billed for $200. The office was unable to produce a signed explanation of agreed to services. She was told she was given a full mouth debridement because it had been more 1 year. I was told that it was mentioned to her on her last visit because of a post it note they had. The "full mouth debridement" they provided instead of a cleaning lasted 30 minutes and didn't involve any "deep cleaning" below or above the gumline. All I ask is they make it right and bill her for a standard cleaning which is all they provided and should be covered by her insurance. I hope that this was worth them losing a patient. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the state, bbb, and my insurance company. Research shows this is not something new at Midwest dental. Past customers please review your past bills for any fraudulent charges for services not rendered.

I have used Dr. Casper's office for regular dental work and cleanings as well as invisalign (which is the clear alternative to braces). As a teacher, I am in front of adults on a daily basis and I wasn't comfortable with my teeth being out of alignment. This was such a painless process and hardly anyone was aware that I was having my teeth straightened. I can't say enough good things about this dental office, from the front desk to the hygienist to the dental assistants - and of course Dr. Casper who is professional, caring, and very competent.

I suffered from extreme dental phobia, to the extent that I had a lot of serious problems with my teeth. I had very bad experiences at dentists, who not only caused me physical pain, but treated me as though I was being scared, just to annoy them. Dr. Casper and her team were the exact opposite. Everybody in the office was kind and patient and understanding. And, Dr. Casper made sure that I had NO PAIN!! I needed some extractions and she sent me to Dr. John Darling and he too, was wonderful. My husband is now Dr. Casper's patient too. Dr. Casper and her great team are the best dental practice I have used, and I am so blessed to have found them.
