Dr. Laurel Gonzales and her assistant Katie provided phenomenal care for my first exam. Their ability to thoroughly educate and put me at ease was remarkable. A wonderful team!
Everything went great. I asked her a lot of questions and she was very pleasant answering them, but she did a good job and I really like her so from now on I'll be getting her as my hygienist and the girls in the front are always really nice.
Very friendly & the staff always make sure you feel welcome & comfortable. Milee is very thorough in cleaning. It feels amazing when I leave the dental office.

I had a problem. When I called Midwest Dental, the person who answered my call promptly helped me. They quickly brought up my chart and knew what I was calling about. They got me in, the problem was examined thoroughly, and a solution was found that was different than my chart would have indicated, but which made me happy and solve my painful problem. I have been to numerous dentists in many states/cities during my many decades of having teeth! Dr. Gonzalez at Midwest Dental on Allouez Avenue is the best ever. This is the first time ever I tolerated the application of numbing medication. The various hygienists are so very professional here. While technically proficient, their manner is exceptionally commendable. Clerical staff has always been friendly and accommodating.
When i visited the dentist everyone went above and beyond for me. Welcoming me, explaining the process, giving me tips. I had a problem which everyone responded to and helped me come to resolution! I actually enjoy going to the dentist at Midwest Dental. The Hygienists are professional, courteous and caring throughout the entire procedure. The Dentist, is patient and genuinely cares for you. My usual Hygienist Lindsey was off today, so Jamie substituted, and did a great job. I recommend Midwest Dental to everyone!
Dentist anxiety is totally a thing, but Dr. Gonzales and her team really do their best to help you through it, even when they have to keep things moving. It's impressive how they manage to stay on schedule—no long waits in the waiting room or the chair. Finding a good dental practice can be tough, but after trying a few places when I moved to Green Bay, I finally hit the jackpot on my third try. I’m so glad I found this place! Dr. Gonzales is super fun and upbeat, and the whole team works well together, from the front desk to the assistants and hygienists. You always get treated with a smile and afforded plenty of time to address your concerns.

ALWAYS a good experience...and I've never liked going to the dentist. Dr. Mike found something on my x-ray that was never mentioned to me by my last dentist. It could have been serious, but he took care of it. LOVE this place!

My husband hasn't been to a dentist since he was a child. He was afraid to come and dreaded it. He agreed the xray was unpleasant, as I warned him it would be, but then he said his doctor was really nice and I'm really happy they have encouraged him to save his remaining teeth. 🥰🥰 I love this place and I'm glad they agreed to take on another new patient so he can come too.
As always, Midwest Dental went out of its way to deal with a difficult tooth repair this morning. Dr. Rosales took as much time as he needed for the repair of a wisdom tooth, and didn't question my choice to keep it. He was thorough in his work and respectful of my choice, and very personable as well. I highly recommend Midwest Dental.

Dr. Mlnarik is very professional. I have always felt very confident with her ability to diagnose a variety of dental problems and provide treatment or to make a referral. She is able to explain problems and procedures in very clear terms. Whenever I’ve had a dental emergency such as a crown falling off or dental pain I have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner, often that same day. The dental assistants, dental hygienists, and office staff are also highly professional.
I can't say enough about the friendly staff at Midwest Dental East Side Green Bay. I feel so comfortable coming here considering dentists USED to make me feel so nervous and afraid but not anymore. Vickie, the hygienist, is THE BEST!!! She does a fabulous job at everything she does! Dr. Dichraff retired so I'm still getting to know Dr. Mike. The staff was very welcoming upon entering their office. The office was very clean and the staff are very knowledgeable and informative when it comes to your appointment. They tell you what to expect during your appointment, they follow up with me after my daughter had her exam and the next steps. They even have contest that the kids can enter on a monthly basis to win prizes purchased by their office. Overall I would recommend them to everyone.

Hygienist and Doctor Gonzales were wonderful. My mother’s follow up cleaning was difficult because she is now in a wheel chair but he Hygienist was so extremely helpful in getting her to the chair and took great strides to clean her teeth although she is almost deaf. I love the care and graciousness of both the hygienist and Doctor Gonzales. I would recommend adding an automatic door with a handicap door opener to enter the dental office to make it more accessible for wheelchair access.
I’ve been going here since I was 12 years old when we moved to the Green Bay Area. Fast forward 20 years later and I’m still a patient here! Dr. Jamie is amazing and they have a wonderful team of dental hygienists. Their staff is friendly and the office building itself is very comforting. Am truly blessed to have a a “community” dentist feel in the area.

Dr Gonzalez went above and beyond for my son. It had been longer than it should have been since he was last in there to see her. He had a tooth bothering him so I called to make an appointment and because of the length of time, he needed to get a cleaning and exam done first. But when he went in, Dr. Gonzalez saw the tooth my son was having troubles with, she immediately said she would get that taken care of and spent close to 2 hours fixing the tooth and giving him relief. Her bedside manner on top of it was remarkable. Never one made him nor I feel bad for the lapse in time of him being seen. Amazing service!

This is a great dental clinic. All the staff are helpful and friendly and all of them seem to really care about their patient's wellbeing. Dr. Rosales is kind and patient and never rushed me. Even though I'm sure he had a bunch of patients that day, he still made me feel important. He's also an excellent teacher and answered all the questions I had about teeth. Because of him I'm motivated to take better care of my teeth. I will definitely continue to go to this clinic!

She talked to me about her procedure and was very gentle and explained everything. You can tell she has pride in what she does and is very nice. She gave me some great tips as well. The office and exam rooms were all spotless and in good condition. There is an air filter device in every room and many other good COVID precautions. The technician and hygienist were very kind and professional. The Doctor explained everything to me and made me feel like I was the only patient she had. I highly recommend!
My 9 year old son had to have come cavity work taken care of. The staff was incredibly personable and comforting. They made him feel so confident that he handled being in the room by himself. They even helped my 5 year old handle his cleaning on his own in the room. As a parent, to trust your kids in a room without you, at a dental appointment, can be a bit overwhelming. But the staff is incredible and help everyone feel comfortable. I should note, if my children wanted a parent there or if I really felt a need to be there, I could have stayed, even during COVID. However, they helped my boys feel confident and autonomous about their own dental care. We are so incredibly proud of the boys and beyond impressed by the entire MWD Team. Moreover, they did such a professional job, very safe and cautious during COVID times, and exceptional communication. By the time we got home, my son was feeling a little strange from the numbing sensation coming out, but no fever, no issues, and he didn't even need Tylenol. Dr. Gonzalez and the entire team are incredible! We are so grateful and strongly recommend Midwest Dental for anyone.

Hands down the BEST dental office ever! The ladies in that office are so amazing with all my kids. Great experience, as always. Been going there for 20 years. First appt since pandemic began. They are doing everything right to keep their patients and themselves safe. My hygienist was double masked and wore a face shield. They have air purifiers in each room and sanitize between patients. My hygienist is gentle and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I opted not to see the dentist since I had no issues with my teeth but he has always done a great job when my teeth needed work. Highly recommend!
Yesterday was my first visit, so I was scheduled to have xrays and a consultation with Dr. Gonzalez. They had a cancellation for a cleaning and got me in right after my xrays! All three staff members I had were extremely nice, made me feel very comfortable, and they all explained everything they were doing during my visit. Katie did my xrays, I saw Dr. Gonzalez and Lindsay was my hygienist. Very, very happy with my experience! Glad I picked Midwest Dental on Allouez Ave!

This is the best place I have EVER gone! My 4 year old was iffy at first, but these ladies did an EXCELLENT job with him! They are also great with kids! My son recently got his second cleaning and the staff that worked with him totally put him at ease and made the experience enjoyable and not scary at all.
Have been with Midwest dental for years. Have only had the best results. The people there are the greatest. They make you feel like family. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have been using MWD East for many years now - to include my wife and son. We all appreciate the service, Office Manager, dental staff, scheduling, and care we have received over the years by all but particularly the Dentist we see (Dr Dichraff). We have all received timely and great dental care repeatedly. They have genuinely earned the 5-star rating from us.
I have been there twice and in both cases it was THE BEST. Relaxed atmosphere with little to no wait. Dr. Gonzales has a great sense of humor and doesn't always trying to engage you in conversation while working on your mouth. Most important - their administration is highly efficient. No waiting to see if your insurance covers it, no waiting for the billing. By the time you are finished your bill is ready to go and they accept credit cards. Their scheduling is also excellent. The office is very warm and puts you at ease. Update 12/4 I just got off the phone with Brianna, was planning my EOB's. She was the most helpful person I have ever had with this process, helping me calculate the insurance costs and considering dual insurance, all the time being thoughtful, patient and reassuring. One of the things I especially appreciate was her telling me what she is doing to keep the conversation going.
First time at this office yesterday. Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I was given so much information about my care and got in for a cleaning right away even though I wasn't scheduled to get one! I'm happy I picked this office when selecting new dental care! Update 11/30: Same great service and great care!
I have been going to this dentist office since I moved to the Green Bay area in 2007. I have always had the best experience since I have been going to them and I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Vicki and DR. JAMIE MLNARIK are great! They are not pushy and are easy to get along with. They don't beat around the bush, but also take into consideration busy life schedules.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly and my experience with the hygentist and dentist was absolutely fabulous!!! They took their time in explaining everything to me and making sure all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend Midwest Dental for new patients!!.. 5 star treatment!
