My hygienist was double masked and wore a face shield. They have air purifiers in each room and sanitize between patients. My hygienist is gentle and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I have been there twice and in both cases it was THE BEST. Relaxed atmosphere with little to no wait. Dr. Gonzales has a great sense of humor and doesn't always trying to engage you in conversation while working on your mouth. Most important - their administration is highly efficient. No waiting to see if your insurance covers it, no waiting for the billing. By the time you are finished your bill is ready to go and they accept credit cards. Their scheduling is also excellent. The office is very warm and puts you at ease. Update 12/4 I just got off the phone with Brianna, was planning my EOB's. She was the most helpful person I have ever had with this process, helping me calculate the insurance costs and considering dual insurance, all the time being thoughtful, patient and reassuring. One of the things I especially appreciate was her telling me what she is doing to keep the conversation going.

My wife and I have been coming here since we moved to Green Bay 13 years ago. Very warm and friendly staff. Always willing to go a little further to help you if you need extra assistance. Always grateful for an x-ray tech who will take extra time to set the plates in your mouth properly to reduce that awful discomfort.

I have nothing but good things to say about going to Midwest Dental. I've always been treated very well.
