I absolutely LOVE Midwest! I’ve been here for quite a few years and have had nothing but fantastic experiences. Their entire team is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They make it an enjoyable experience every time. I look forward to my cleanings twice a year because of my amazing hygienist Kathy. She is kind, honest, gentle, caring and has even answered questions for me about electric toothbrushes and whatever else when she’s not on the clock! She has become a friend who I love catching up with. My son was super nervous years ago when we transitioned him from his pediatric dental clinic to Midwest, but he loves Kathy too. If you’re nervous about switching, don’t be. Just do it like I finally did and you’ll wish you had done it sooner! Request Kathy to clean your teeth. She even lets you choose which flavor you get polished with (go for the citrus one!). I 100% recommend this place!

I have seen the young hygienists come, get experience, and move on. I've seen a handful of dentists come and go. All the while a very positive experience. I have never felt they were trying to rip me off, overcharge my insurance, or otherwise give me anything less than 100% professionalism. The cleanings I've received were aggressive (much more than a waterpick, Nicole), and I've been scolded for not flossing, because as one hygienist put it, "I don't want to see all my hard work go to waste." Thank you, Midwest Dental, for taking better care of my teeth than I do.

Everything went awesome and everyone is happy and always enjoy my time with Midwest dental and would recommend family and friends but don't know anyone who needs dental work right now..

I have nerve damage in my jaw area, so dentists are even more of a "pain" for me. Kathy has been great. I have been to many dentists, and none have taken the time to be sensitive to my damage. She always takes her time, and will check in with me on how the pain is going. I will not see another hygienist as she has been great and understanding. If I say I haven't been flossing much, she doesn't make it negative, she tells me all the positives and makes sure to explain that i'm flossing and brushing correctly. For the dentist being a place that is not a joy to a lot of people, i can say that they have been great with me and I will continue to work with Kathy.
There wasn’t a dentist there today, that’s two out of the last three times I went that this happened.

My experience at this location was fantastic. The front people are super nice. Ashley was amazing & very hard working, my doctor was so helpful. Its one of the best cleaning i’ve done. Ashley did such a great job. I did regular cleaning with new patient coupon and it was great. I would definitely recommend every one to give it a try here. You wont regret it.
I definitely recommend Dr. Farrell and Brenda for any dental care you may need. I have had several crowns put on, x-rays and cleaning. I am not the bravest person when it comes to going to the dentist, and they have always put me completely at ease, and made it a pain-free experience. Their ability to make a person relax and know they are in capable hands is outstanding. A big thank you to you both.

The staff is friendly and upbeat. I have laughed while having a tooth filled. Dr. Farrell is very good at what she does and expressed genuine interest in me as a patient.

I have dr Julie and Sarah. For cleaning A great team they do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They do their best and are very good at what they do Sarah is very gentle. When cleaning teeth and good Dr Julie is very very pleasant. And very good at what she does always looking out for her patients. Please give them a try you will want to smile more.

Our entire family goes to Midwest. We have been for years. Staff are friendly, and my anxious kiddo does well with them. So grateful they have the patience and understanding to deal with all of us. Highly recommend.
My last dental experience was traumatic, so I was nervous going into my first appt here. But my hygienist Katie was so kind and did such a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Julie was so nice and really made me feel at ease and was thorough and I felt like maybe finally found a place that will help all my dental needs and not cause me too much anxiety. Very thorough and gentle. I was very pleased with the dental hygienist and the doctor. They were very patient with me and my two sons. They were able to accommodate our schedules and did beautiful work.
I started coming to this dental office about a year to a year and a half ago. Dr. Pass is an excellent provider, very knowledgeable and willing to teach patients about oral health and what the hygienist and he are discussing. Kathy Morrow, R.D.H. is the only hygienist I will see again. She cares for your teeth like they were her own, ensures understanding of all issues discussed during the visit and is willing to work with patient’s schedules when her schedule allows. She is very thorough with cleanings and I always leave the office feeling like my teeth sparkle! I would recommend this hygienist and doctor of dentistry to anyone looking for the best care available! Great practice! Kudos!!
Very friendly staff - I felt right at ease as soon as I walked in the door. The hygienist talked about each step we’d be doing so there weren’t any surprises, even down to “raise your left hand if you feel any discomfort or just need a break”. They thoroughly addressed all my questions and the length of the appointment was reasonable.

I've been going to Midwest Dental on Willard Drive in Ashwaubenon for quite some time. Sara has been my hygienist for many years and all I can say is she is outstanding as a professional and as a person. Not many people enjoy going to the Dentist but I enjoy my time with Sara however short it is.

Dr David Pass and his assistant Emily W did a superb first-class work! It exceeded indeed my expectations of a beautiful healthy smile. I broke my front teeth eating peaches and the ¾ crowns was the choice I opted for. To be honest, after I got my crowns, I became more satisfied with my eating experience - sensitivity to temperature and acidic foods disappeared; more than that, now I can bite from apples with same exhilaration as in childhood! The quality of work is unquestionable excellent and beautiful! Highly recommend Dr. David to anyone who is looking for a fine detailed dental work and restorations. I will be coming here for all my future dental needs! Thank you to the entire Midwest Dental team!

I went to Midwest on Friday Dec.4 2020 and this was my first dental appt since moving in the area, The staff was very polite and helpful . The office and rooms where clean to the T and everything ran like a well oil machine. Nicole did my cleaning and went over my dental plan with me. She was very polite, helpful, and most of all didn't try to push my hand to move quickly on it. She gave me her card so if I had any questions I could reach out. Great experience I am so glad I chose them.

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment yesterday, I was very disappointed to learn that Tania Kolokithas is no longer employed at Midwest Dental Green Bay West. She had been my hygienist for the ten years that I have been a patient there, and have always appreciated her expertise and pleasant approach to her work. I'm sure that like many others, our hygienist is often the person with whom we spend the most time, and therefore develop a patient/hygienist relationship. I wish her well.

My hygienist is Tania Kolokithas, and has been for years. On October 20 she will celebrate her 20th anniversary at Midwest Dental - Green Bay West. I look forward to periodic appointments with Tania because I have the utmost confidence in her judgment and skills as an RDH. At the start of my appointment today, for example, she listened carefully as I described a recent ER ordeal. She learned that I am in physical therapy following recent arthroscopic surgery to my right knee, being treated for a hematoma in the same leg and taking anti-inflammatory medication. Given her concern for patient safety, she consulted Dr. David Pass, before proceeding. I can always trust her to make the right call, and to teach me how to practice good oral hygiene. Congratulations Tania! Twenty down, and many more good years to follow. ~ Bob

Dr. Metzler is a very kind, sincere, and compassionate dentist. I was experiencing a lot of pain after one of my fillings, so I called the office to let them know, and Dr. Metzler had me come back in that same day. He looked at my tooth and took an x-ray at no charge. He really took care of me and I'm doing great now! I've been going to Midwest Dental for years and I've always had a fantastic experience.
I had an awful big cancer sore that was not healing. I called to see how I could get some relief. They told me they had a laser that can help with healing! It was the best visit to the dentist ever!! I am so grateful for this service and this amazing staff!

As always everything was better than can be expected at Midwest Dental Tania is absolutely the best (ask for her if you can). I am thinking this is not the norm but where can you go have your exam and if they find a cavity it can get taken care of on the spot? Midwest Dental is the best!! I'm Sandy Gorecki and had my cleaning done on 3/8/2018 and also been going there for umpteen years. the experience was good with cleaning and didn't take long and pain free. I will be seeing Dr. Farrell next week as I need a front tooth replaced. She has been working with me on this and know when I'm coming in and stops to ask how I'm doing. I feel very comfortable going there!!!
I can't say I enjoy going to the dentist, however, when I do have an appointment, I am greeted with smiles, courtesy, and friendship. The staff at Midwest Dental are professional, genuine, and caring.

Great people, great customer service. I've been to a number of dentist over the years and never had a better experience than at Midwest Dental. They explain your options, answer all your questions and give you cost based on your insurance. A great location if you're looking for a quality, caring facility.
Have worked with a couple different hygienists(Tonia & Carly) and they have been both very personable. I've also switched my kids to one of their other offices(closer to their school) as their previous dentist just seemed to push people through like cattle. My last appointment was just yesterday where I had to get 2 fillings and I was in 10 minutes early and it only took about 45 minutes.
Well I think you have a very pleasant staff and I believe you are concerned about my dental needs. And I appreciate that you accept my insurance. you are AOK.
