The lack of service I received was unacceptable, unprofessional, and down right rude! I sadly was running 7minutes late for my appointment and was told that I could only receive a partial service due to me being 7 minutes late. The receptionist was unhelpful and unclear about what this would entail, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I had taken time off from work and my child had an appointment. Unfortunately, I was 7 minutes late, and the Supervisor provided a series of excuses and blamed me for the delay, with no attempt to reschedule my appointment. I’ve been serviced here previously but I will never go back due to their lack of professionalism and lack of consideration.

Avoid this office. I initially had a great experience. I needed a fair amount of work done. And, I was told I had great insurance. All of the work was preapproved. And, I was told I needed to pay nothing out of pocket. The insurance denied a claim due to inadequate documentation. I contacted the office manager many times, and spoke with her regarding the bill I was getting in the mail. She insisted it was a mistake. And, that the procedure was covered. The proper paperwork was never provided to the insurance provider, and I keep getting bills from Midwest in the mail. I called so many times to ask about the issue. I filed a BBB complaint last year. They said they will contact me. Never called back. I just filed another complaint.

Terrible front desk/reception service. I've tried to schedule appointments for my children and self, no one returns calls. No one ever answers the phone. We have finally decided to go elsewhere.I called/emailed on Tuesday 12/7/21 and requested my families records to transfered because no one ever returns any voicemails I've left in the 2 months. The receptionist finally called me back and said they will send everything to where I requested. Today is now Friday, I took off work to take my son to the new dentist and am told Midwest dental never sent the records as I requested.(despite them confirming with me on Wednesday that they did).Now I call and the office is closed. Now I've wated my time, gas and time from work, and my son's school day only to have to reschedule and have to try this again another day. Hopefully Midwest Dental send my information as requested. Would not recommend. Even when we went for appointments there, it took forever and billing issues as well. Look elsewhere for competent service.

Well let's start that they werent concerned that my tooth and gums were swollen bad but i made an appointment w a dentist who cared about the severity of the problem. They wanted me to wait a week or two in August. I would have lost two more teeth and maybe my jaw. Good thing Thursday im getting it pulled.the root was rotted. Gave me antibiotics that lapsed the time of removal. What's worse I called the wauwotosa clinic and it was on a different network. I asked you cant send an x ray? I recommend this place if you want to be worried or want to be treated like you dont matter.lol 1 star and will do buisness elsewhere. It was an emergancy and I wasnt treated like it was. Face was like a half softball. They have had 33 complaints the the bbb in the last 3 years. I see why. I will.never do buisness w them again or any of my family also.

This place is full of unprofessional and rude people. They mess up things and don't even say sorry for that. Such a rude bunch of people who will say so what even after their mistake. I scheduled my son's dental appointment 6 weeks before the actual date of appointment, they kept sending me messages about the appointment and one day before called to cancel it because of some stupid employee left. I had my own appointment with them which I eventually cancelled myself in protest to their unprofessional and rude behavior. Will never recommend to anyone. Unfortunately cannot give less than one star, there is no option for that.

I was in need of a dentist, as I had not been in a few years, and I definitely lucked out. I was in need of several fillings and a root canal, I was afraid, but I felt no pain during my root canal! Therefore I highly recommend Midwest Dental, to anyone who may be afraid of having dental treatment. Dr. Deaton is exceptional, he explains the treatment while working on my teeth, and is available and interested in my questions regarding oral care. Liz at the front desk is a gem, and a wealth of information, and Mollie the Dental Hygienist, is amazing as well, definitely three of the best teeth cleanings I've ever had. :)
