My second time being here! Both my hygienist were super great! Ended up with different dentist, honestly found her very impersonal...she didn't even introduce herself to me when she came in the room, being that was our first time meeting (a letter in the mail explaining your activities isn't good enough for me!) Not sure what my plan of action is, at this point not a fan of my NEW dentist!

For starters I am not fond of the dentist. After almost 20 years my previous dentist retired and I had to find a new place to go. I have been to other Midwest Dental Locations and This one is the best. They always have taken care of me and manage to get me in as soon as possible when I have problems. I highly recommend this location and the staff. If you are looking for a good dentist and a super friendly staff look no further.

Great staff, very friendly.! The current dentist is very good. He took the time to repair a still semi-functioning wisdom tooth rather than to only suggest having it removed. Complete and efficient service.

This office fit me in when my regular dentist had to cancel. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The dentist, Dr R? was fantastic! He explained everything and was kind, patient, competent and professional.

This facility is wonderful! Everyone is kind and very friendly. I am someone that still gets nervous going to the dentist. They are patient and take the time to make you feel comfortable. Also, very clean and professional.

I had a very great experience working with Dr. Bao and her team in Holmen. I was seen for a cleaning one morning and was able to be seen for my treatment the NEXT DAY. I also squeezed in impressions for a nice deal on a mouth guard at night. I have had about 4 dentists in my young life, Dr. Bao is my favorite, she operates at ease and is thorough. Her team is knowledgeable and wants to help you learn how to take best care and they put you first. Their equipment is up-to-date. Very impressed I will be sticking around :)

This is an excellent dental practice. Dr. Connie Bao is competent, capable, caring --as is her staff. The office is impeccably clean, and the equipment seems to be state-of-the-art. I have needed some complicated dental work, which this dentist has performed seamlessly and without complication. I have utmost confidence in the care I am receiving in this office.

If you need work done, like a filling, Carrie is there to comfort you. She always has a listening ear. She's THE sweetest. So is Jodie, the desk lady. Those two are an EXCELLENT asset to Midwest Dental Holmen

Very disappointed with scheduling. Have been at the Horton Street office for years but now live in Holmen. Had an appointment scheduled for April 4 which the office said had to be rescheduled. New appointment was made for May 24, but was notified today (day before the appointment) that they had to reschedule again - this time for July. This is unacceptable. I am returning to the Horton Street office.

Typical Chain dentistry. They do it by the numbers. Staff trained to "up-sell" Go find a good independent dentist.

We recently moved to the area and picked Midwest Dental based on our insurance provider website. Next time we will know better. In the year we have lived here, they have changed Dentists twice already. In May, my son visited for a regular check up/cleaning. About 2 teeth into the cleaning (he's 3) he decided he had enough. 4 months later we get a bill for $75. When we contact our insurance they say it's because of the way they coded the visit and they must have made an error, but when we contact the dental office they say because they only cleaned 2 teeth and not all of them they coded it as an under 3 visit (not covered by insurance). When asked for the difference between cleaning some and not all, the lady said "would you rather have us traumatize your child and clean all his teeth just so your insurance would cover it?". Excuse me? That's not what I'm asking. Maybe if the staff was a little more accommodating to young children he wouldn't have decided he was done after a few teeth. It wasn't his first time, he's been to dentists in our previous state with no issue. Not only are they rude, insulting and classless, but they clearly don't understand how to bill simple cleaning procedures. We will go elsewhere.

Starting with Jodie who makes it easy to schedule an appointment, continuing to Amy who is far and away the single best Dental Hygienist I have ever had clean and polish my teeth. She is very, very thorough and professional and makes an otherwise dreary process almost pleasant. Amy has done my cleaning on multiple occasions and I always feel like the dentist is going to be able to give me a better, informed examination because of her work. I highly recommend this office as a great place to get your dental work done.

Very friendly staff. Modern up to date equipment. Best part for me is they can tell you what your insurance would cover and how much the procedure would cost before you do it.

I really enjoy going to see my dentist! The staff is very friendly and caring. They are all very good at making you feel like more than just another patient. I have received excellent care and will continue to see these nice folks as along as I can!

I have young children and everyone at Midwest Dental has made it so smooth for our family to introduce my kids to the idea of going to the dentist - making it a calm and welcoming place to go. My kids are comfortable with the staff, comfortable in the facility and proud to show off their teeth! :)

I highly recommend Midwest Dental in Holmen. Everyone is super nice and very easy to talk with. Cleanings are thoroughly done well. Dr. Weber is awesome. He makes you feel very comfortable. I had a tooth pulled and could not believe how fast he extracted it with no pain. I also had a filling which he did a great job on. He's gently, fast and very good at his job.
