I have come to this business for over 20 years of my life. So first I must make it clear that this isn’t a review I wanted to write. The changes made to this place since it changed over have been awful. Staff is impatient, they argue with patients who are simply bringing up valid concerns. They do not apologize they simply double down and give you the “take it or leave it “ attitude. Well this is me “leaving it “ once and for all. For good. Alicia the office manager treated me like trash. Someone really needs to look into what’s going on at this place service wise lately. I have immediate and extended family who have also been going to this place for decades and after hearing about my experience I know at least 3 of them will now be heavily considering changing their accounts too. When I’m treated so poorly somewhere it becomes my passion to make sure my friends and family are not treated the same way. Good day

Doesn't accept state insurance. It amazing how many places say here for you, but what they really mean is here for you as long as you make our standards in income. Kids of poor single moms like me do not fit that standard and their teeth can rot. If you have private insurance and good job they're probably great,if youre like me and most others you're not worth their time, enjoy your pains and tooth decay cuz they don't care.

The providers are very nice, the front office staff as well. But my daughter was called to come in and finishe some work during COVID, not calling me, the insured. She went in and had it done between plan years. Now I have a large bill which I intend to pay, but have a tooth I need fixed, and they won't let me be seen until I pay this. This will cause damage to this tooth and cost more in the long run. More concerned about money. Even toldthem I could cover the entire cover the entire cost. Are they waiting so it costs more? Foxfire manager was rude and condescending, their customer service/relations person also was rude and over bearing.
