I went in yesterday mind you this was on a Saturday! I called on a whim due to a crown falling out and needed it fixed as soon as possible, and i was running out of options after calling multiple other offices with no luck. I have been in for emergency services a couple times now and each time I have been able to get in quickly no questions about it. I have been seen by 2 doctors both amazing. Yesterday I was experiencing major pain from a deep tooth infection needing a root canal along with a very broken tooth that needed to come out. Dr. Kasam is great with someone who even as an adult has anxiety about going to have any sort of dental work done. Numbing has always been a fear because of pain. When he numbs you would never even know he is doing it. His work is quality and the time it takes is impressive. He is very personable and helps you feel you can trust him. He doesn’t judge he offers help and professional advice in a very friendly way. 10/10 for sure highly recommend this office for any and all dental needs. Thank you Black Bridge Dental!

I have come to this business for over 20 years of my life. So first I must make it clear that this isn’t a review I wanted to write. The changes made to this place since it changed over have been awful. Staff is impatient, they argue with patients who are simply bringing up valid concerns. They do not apologize they simply double down and give you the “take it or leave it “ attitude. Well this is me “leaving it “ once and for all. For good. Alicia the office manager treated me like trash. Someone really needs to look into what’s going on at this place service wise lately. Doesn't accept state insurance. It amazing how many places say here for you, but what they really mean is here for you as long as you make our standards in income. Kids of poor single moms like me do not fit that standard and their teeth can rot. If you have private insurance and good job they're probably great,if youre like me and most others you're not worth their time, enjoy your pains and tooth decay cuz they don't care.

I recently had a root canal done at Robinson and Prijic. Dr Hehn and the staff were outstanding! From those in the front to those doing the work, they made a dreaded root canal a pleasurable experience, believe it or not. Always making sure I was comfortable and checked in on me after hours. Their work was impeccable! Dr Hehn especially took great care in making sure everything was done correctly the first time as he came across a challenge or two. Went in for pain where I had no molars. Doctor Robinson took x-rays and came in and said "see this shadow"? I saw nothing, but he said "that's infection you have an abcess". He proceeded to drill on two teeth. One was not even numbed, very painful. Since then I have shown the original x-ray, which Dr. Robinson made his diagnosis from, to two dentists and an endodontist. ALL said there was no evidence of infection. The endodontist even did the equivalent of am MRI and said there was no evidence of an infection. Now I had to have an $1800 root canal that would not have been necessary had Robinson not drilled to the root. The other tooth may have to be pulled. I think he was trying to make up for the money lost during the covid shutdown.

Lets face it. Who really wants to get their teeth worked on. Pretty sure nobody. However, the super friendly and enjoyable staff make it for a great experience! The administrative assistants up front always give a warm and friendly welcome. The hygienists and assistants are also so sweet and gentle. Dr. Prijic just recently put a crown on my tooth. I first walked in a little nervous thinking that it was going to be an unpleasant painful experience. However when I walked out and I was pleasantly surprised! It didn't take very long and and was virtually painless! Later that night Dr. Prijic even followed up to make sure everything was ok! Such a great service!

My wife came in for a tooth extraction of a growing wisdom tooth that was hurting her, and they did everything under the sun that they claimed "needed to be done before they extracted the tooth". Before it came time to do the procedure she had INITIALLY came in for, our money was already gone from all the unnecessary crap they claimed she NEEDED! Now we can't afford the tooth extraction! My wife still suffers, and her tooth is rotting. You guys are liars and thieves! How dare you lie and say my wife needs this and that before taking out a simple tooth?!?!
