Mixed bag! The staff has all been kind and helpful, but I have had multiple experiences here with Dentists being patronizing, trash talking my teeth right in front of me, and overall being unnecessarily rude. I will definitely be choosing a different dentist office in the future

They are awful. I had a 6 month appointment with them and they called the day before and cancelled my appointment to give it to another patient. They gave no reason for giving it to someone else. Just cancelled it. So after waiting 6 months for an appointment I guess I am now looking for a new dentist. Does anybody know of Good one?

Wow it is so amazing to actually have a woman dentist who can get her fingers in her mouth when you have a small jaw! I didn't feel like it my mouth was being jammed around and it was completely comfortable! Her assistant on her make an extremely good team and I've never had a feeling go so smoothly in my entire life! Even the novocaine went smoothly and wasn't painful. I would recommend this to anybody that's had horrible experiences their entire lives at Dentist offices. Absolutely amazing took 69 years but I found who I know I will stay with for my life as a dentist now. I can't speak any higher than to their kindness consideration there is nothing that I actually feel they can improve on. The care is absolutely excellent!!

They saw something concerning on my teeth and X-ray and they are super booked but got me in again within a week to fix my tooth! My hygienist was wonderful and the doc was nice too! This place is horrible! I would never recommend it to anyone. I had an emergency appt. and the dentist refused to listen to my case. The doctor was not very helpful, i was in a lot of tooth pain. She told me to wait for their call but never called me back. She only care about the money but not the patient.I ended up going to a different dental clinic which the doctor told me that I had an infection and pulled my tooth right away. Although Sharon the hygienist was great but not their doctor. Dont waste your money or time. They dont care!

Changing my review because of this policy. PPE Fee Beginning June 1, we now charge a $12 fee to cover a portion of the increased cost for personal protection equipment (PPE). This will be due at the time of your visit. If you have dental insurance we will reimburse you if your insurance covers the PPE fee. 15 yrs I have been going there and you want to charge me for your equipment? Dr. Utley is retired and they have had 2 or 3 dentists after him in 1 year. I might as well find a new dentist.

I have been going there for over 3 years now and have never once felt pressured into having work done that wasn’t needed. Dr. Utley is very good at what he does and is all business with a good dose of common sense. I can’t say enough good things about the assistants and the front staff. They are very good at what they do. All this is coming from someone that really doesn’t like going to the dentist and, unfortunately, has had a ton of dental work done over the last 40 years…. Should’ve paid more attention to my teeth as a kid.
