I am always greeted by Gloria. She is a gem. The lounge has coffee, tea or water but I barely have wait time. The professionalism is stupendous. I'm confident about practices observing sterilization and general office cleaning. Dr. Hilbert is such an asset to this practice. He is genuine as a practitioner, both sociable and spot on dentistry. He is compassionate as to my personal needs. I'm thankful for his skills.

This was my first time visiting Midwest Dental Madison East and all I can say is it was a great first time experience. Everyone was so friendly even though the place was very busy. Shannon took my x-rays and explained things as they were being done and even my dentist was very nice! I will be back again and I will recommend them to all of my family and friends! PS: is Shannon single? lol!

Everyone was so helpful. Minimal waiting. Very clean. Hygienist was thorough as was the Dentist. Welcome bag of goodies. New insurance for me so they took time to explain how everything works. Glad I found them.

Called to schedule appt at Madison East tt Meghan, knowing how busy site is I thought hey I'm flexible so when I inquired about a Friday AM slot ie 6-14 weeks for annual checkup requiring x-rays out from today's date, for example "What about 18-Oct-19, 22-Nov-19 or 15-Dec-19 . . . ?" The response I got from Meghan "No dental hygienist's are available." I told her I'll try again in 2020 ha ha, she suggested a cancellation on call list? Thanks for your 15+ Years of service Dr. B. time to move on.

I really enjoyed every staff member that worked with me during my two visits. They were patient and helpful while I tried to navigate insurance and payments. I was in-and-out in a timely manner and they were accommodating and willing to work with my hectic schedule. I'd like to say a special thanks to Megan for treating my dental cleaning with such individualized care!

So sorry I was an inconvenience to your schedule that you couldn't fit me in to get my crown that popped off (due to the dentist not permanently cementing it) back on before my cleaning. Expecting me to get a cleaning with my exposed tooth would be painful, but apparently your associates don't care about that.

It is amazing to me that Morgan is so good at her job as hygienist that she can use the ultrasonic scaler and manage the suction so that I neither drown or get soaked! This is an art form! And I really appreciate it. I also appreciate that she loves her work . It all makes the experience easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Morgan!

Usually a good experience as far as a visit to the dentist goes. I was "farmed out" to a specialist for a root canal. Fine. 1200 bucks later for the root canal I have to go back to the dentist for a "permanent" filling. Another 200 bucks. Maybe in the future it would be nice to know ALL costs upfront so there are no surprises.

I've been satisfied with the service at this office for over three years now. I have been seen by both Dr. B and Dr. C and was confident in their knowledge and ability. I had a good run with Lynn, and look forward to my next cleaning with Morgan.

Very knowledgeable professionals. The dentist took the time to really explain long-term dental health, and the daily practices that sustain it, in a way that left me feeling educated and empowered. With this information, I'm looking forward to preventing future visits to the dentist by taking the best care of my teeth possible. Plus, everyone there was friendly, which is always nice.

Dr. Mai Xiong is absolutely amazing at what she does. I was so fearful of the dentist, but she was just amazing! Words can't describe my gratitude for what she has done for me. Life changing for sure! I can smile again ! Thanks so much Dr. Mai Xiong ♡

I have been coming here and my family, but just 4 days ago i had partial deep cleaning done.. half of my face swelled like i put a golf ball in my mouth, my jaw is bruised like somebody upper cut me.. the hygienist that did my cleaning had heavy hands that i had to stop her 2x because she was pressing too hard on my lips.. that probably explained my bruised on my cheek i was numb so i can't really feel how rough she was going.. i was given antibiotic but i'm still swollen that hygienist should pay for my bill for all the pain i suffered.. will try to look for a new dental office because i'm not letting that hygienist touch me or my kids ever again..

TERRIBLE AND MEAN! I had to go here on a Friday to get a temporary crown replaced because my regular dentist was closed. I explained that I was terrified of the dentist and was told to "get over it because there's nothing to be afraid of and stop jerking around because it's making it hard for me to do what I need to do" (my jerking around was from me crying and him being rough). I have had terrible dentist experiences in the past, as many people have, but this dentist could not have cared less. He was very rough while in my mouth and kept knocking his tools around. Not to mention that the replacement crown that he crafted looks like a piece of corn. If it hadn't been such a prominent tooth and a Friday, I would've walked out.

Having a crown done. I was told one price back in October. I come in today and they tell me it will be $700 +. I ask why so much more? They look and see I have insurance that will cover %50. So I am now paying $463. $463 is 50% of $926. The sheet with the quote they gave me says $902. If you are following this I am amazed. I decided to leave and not have the procedure. They then asked me to sign the quote. What kind of place are you running. Owner should be ashamed of such poor business practices.

Always a good experience. Friendly staff, clean areas, great techs and awesome Dentist. My wife and I both go here. She is much more picky about these things than I am but it has been a fantastic experience the past three years we have been going.

I had an overall very good first experience at Midwest Dental (Madison-East). Mai Xiong was my dentist and she took time to educate me and do an exam. I appreciated that she informed me about my dental health and not just go in, poke at my mouth, let me look at her nose hairs, and be like "ok, bye". Lyn did my cleaning and she was funny and really personable and although she did ask questions while her hands were in my mouth, she knew when to remove them so that I could answer and have a nice conversation. She was also a very nice educator and I really do appreciate when health professionals give me the tools I need to educate myself so that I can avoid cavities/gum disease/etc.

Ok, I don't "love" going to the dentist. I don't think anyone does. But I do want to give these guys 5 stars because they deserve it. I've been going here for about a year now and have always had positive experiences (I've been in a lot because I need a lot of work)

Doctor Xiong and her staff are wonderful. Always smiling and kind. I recently had a few fillings redone and I had to bring my child. They were so nice to interact with her and make her feel important all the while I was having work done. I recommend this clinic to everyone. I have never had a bad experience here. I also appreciate their billing process, straight forward. Thank you!

We are fairly new to Midwest Dental, but, I have to say I have never received such nice and friendly treatment! My daughter, Angela, is three and has a hard time with new places. I took her to Dentist Mia and she loved her. Angela was walked through every procedure and she is so excited to go back. It is nice to have companies that are patient with everyone; especially the little every ones :)
