Service was prompt and friendly. Also, both Dr. Lee and Amanda, my dentist and hygienist, were very thorough during their dental work/inspection.

Everyone is very polite and professional. Despite not having been to the dentist in quite some time, my visits have been pretty painless. They are also very good about being upfront with pricing (no hidden costs or surprises). I would absolutely recommend them.

I was very pleased with the young lady who cleaned my teeth. She was gently, fast and thorough. Of course, Dr Spiewak, as usual was very nice. That doesn't sound like much, but for someone always afraid of the dentist, that is high praise.

I loved the care by both the doctor and his assistant. Friendly staff who take an interest in the patients. I look forward to the next visit!

It was as always, a very good experience. Just please, try and change my name to its correct form: HEIDI 9 (Not E at the end) in your correspondence with me, HTanks

The procedure could have been lenghty but the time I was in the chair was short which I like very much. In and out in a heartbeat. Thank you

Very detailed and communicated well, on what procedure they were preforming and why. Good common sense and skill!

They squeezed me in quickly for a follow up consult. Although they had a full schedule and I knew I was squeezed in, the DDS still took his time examining my teeth and fielding my concerns. I feel so much better having had gone (I was going to cancel at the last minute thinking it was a silly concern) and they made me feel welcome and well taken care of!

Trinley is an excellent dental hygienist. Dr. Ena Lee is the most compassionate health care provider I have ever had. I would recommend both of them without hesitation.

My first experience with Midwest Dental was excellent. Diane, the Dental Assistant, was very helpful, kind, friendly, and informative about how I can better take care of my teeth and retainer (I was pleasantly surprised that they offer to clean your retainer with each appointment!). The next day, I met with a Dental Hygienist for a 6 mos. cleaning. He (I unfortunately cannot recall his name) was also helpful, friendly, and very informative. He did a great job cleaning my teeth and speaking with me about optional care I could look into for the future. For my first two visits, I was very pleased with the care I received. I will certainly continue coming here in the future.
