We got excellent staff service, the dentist and assistants were just phenomenal. They were polite, respectful, and considerate in all manners. Very professional and focused in our dental issues with great accuracy and capability. We have tried other services on the area and we were quite disappointed so we were quite trilled Midwest Dental at Marshall in Manitowoc worked so perfectly.

Was a little nervous for the appt a person gets so use to their dentist and almost become friends and then someone new takes over. The experience went very well. The same girls were there so that helps. The dentist seems very nice. I felt comfortable with him. No concerns when I go back again. I enjoy Barb the hygienist. Very personable. She explains things well.

They took me in as an emergent case, and couldn't have been nicer. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. They got me in immediately, and explained their treatment plan before my procedure. I would absolutely recommend them, and will be returning for my dental care.

Dr Bero & his Assistant Lori work so well as a team and were able to make the ordeal of getting two of my teeth ready for crowns as quick and painless as possible.

I had 2 very small surface cavities that my old dentist didn't worry about but the new doctor here wanted them filled. He was very nice and gave me the option to skip anesthesia but said I could stop and get it any time. He kept checking that I was doing okay and let me know where they were in the process. I was in and out of the office in 25 minutes and him and the assistant were both very pleasant!

Karen was friendly and out going, answering my questions and explained everything she was doing. Front office was also friendly. The dentist also welcomed me as a new patient. Glad I printed the coupon for a free battery toothbrush because it will be great to help keep my teeth clean and not brush so hard. Thanks for a job well done.

I woke up with a missing filling/chunk of tooth, Midwest Dental got me in the same day and fixed the problem. The dental assistant and Doctor were really nice and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone asking about a dental office!
