Absolutely terrible experience and I’ve been a patient for over a decade. I will never return. The new dentist is not qualified. She cannot fully speak or understand English. The wrong tooth was examined and documented. The staff speak about the patients just outside of treatment rooms. No longer see a smiling face. It’s no wonder the place was a ghost town. I wouldn’t recommend this facility any longer. It doesn’t deserve one star. I feel bad for those people whose insurance only cover this facility but hopefully you can go to one at another site.

The staff was great but when y spend 3000 for dentures and they don’t work out and the dentist tells y there’s nothing he can do for y anymore it’s depressing and costly not satisfied at all

Overall good service. Front reception great. But... 5 Different Dentists in 8 years. Umpteen different hygienist, felt like a lack on continuity, reinventing the wheel with every visit. Except for Joan.

Staff are friendly and very informative. Work with all the different insurance companies I've had over the last 18 years. Always have been able to get me in quickly when there is a urgent need. I would recommend them.

I have been going to Midwest Dental for about 11 years and I have always been pleased with my experience there. Front desk receptionists always very friendly and accommodating. The latest dental hygienist (can't remember her name) was awesome. Very gentle and I was very relaxed.

The staff there is great. My appointment time slipped by about 10 minutes, which I didn't like. However, I lost a cap a week before, called and they got me in the same day as my cleaning to replace. I thought everyone was very good.

Look elsewhere if you want quality work and care. Receptionists are great. Staff doing the dental work are not.

They got me in the next day, My hygienist was awesome! ( I forgot her name, she has pink hair :) ) She took the time to explain what she was doing and how she was doing it. They are all very welcoming and professional. I have only good things to say about Midwest!

The dentist, Dr. Welch, was very easy going and did a good job. I had quite a bit of work done there. My new dentist office treats people like a number and that bums me out. I would have continued to have gone there, if my insurance didn't change.

I forgot the name of the dentist I had here but he was young and inexperienced, immature and unwilling to listen to me and wanted to do his own crazy style of dentistry. I don't think he knows what he's doing, and after I told other dentists what he wanted to do they couldn't believe it. I didn't go to a second appointment with this dude.

Have been with Midwest for over 20 years...Always a great experience...I had a bad dental experience when I was a child and that feeling had always been with me...I feel at ease with the hygentist and dentist whoever I see...And that feeling when you walk out after a cleaning...PRICELESS...

It looks like you’re trying to reschedule your appointment.

Please call for appointment changes.
