This is the best dental Office I have ever been too. To top it off Chue Yang made my day by giving me that smile that I like having on my face.?I have had my experience with other dental hygienist. Out of all of them I will say Chue is the best of them all. He provided great skill and take pride in his work. Best of all he made you feel comfortable the whole time he are working on your teeth.( I am a big baby when it comes to pain?. ) but sitting in his chair there wasn't in pain at all. Refused to give medical help when I didn't want to do the high price options... After 45 years at the same dentist, I came to find my dentist retired and a new child looking dentist who wouldn't spent more then 30 seconds looking at my teeth before wanting $1800... Some piece of horrible work that dentist is... When I was 11, I chipped my front tooth, every 7 to 10 years the chip comes loose when flossing. This new kid dentist said he would only offer a permanent solution, not the previous fix that had lasted 7 years since they fixed previously. He walked away from me as if I wasn't even a human, as soon as he thought the issue was money. Run this horrible money hungry dentist out of business... Went to Aspen dental with no call or appointment and they fix me right up for 172 dollars. Sucks that my dentist sold to these guys. FYI crowns are not permanent either. They only last 5 to 15 years but cost 1$1622 dollers more.

Terrible service. I went on line to schedule an appointment. I show up for the appointment; I'm told I'm not in the system. I had an emergency tooth pain, called and left three messages, no one calls back. Staff communications is terrible. Not sure if there is new ownership. I was with them when the were on 76th street for six years and never experienced any issues.

I went in to ask if they accepted my insurance and the lady said I don’t know I would have to check and I can’t do it now and and I can’t no time soon. She had an attitude for whatever reason but there was nobody in the waiting area, she wasn’t on the phone either,,, she just didn’t want to work. She said she would give me a call in a few days after it was clarified but no call. I called a different site to get a hold of a supervisor and was told someone would call me regarding my complaint and again, no call back. That business need staff with better customer service skills and look and act like they want to be there and work.

DENTAL cleaning that was scheduled for May 16th- 6 months ago was canceled today. No call I just received a random email stating thank you for your visit today which I didn't have an appointment for today at all. Office manager that assisted me on phone was rude and condescending when I was asking why this happened and then couldn't get me another appointment till July. Worst customer service ever by stating to me that I should accept her communication and comprehension words of wisdom . Also that she was speaking English to me like I wasn't understanding her at all. Then to top off she hung up on me when she offered for me to call corporate but wouldn't give me the number.

We've been going to this dentist for over 20 years, and since it switched over to Midwest Dental from Northridge Dental, the quality and service has gone down hill greatly. The new dentist taking over for the now retired Dr. Tesch, is very unprofessional and told me if I didn't listen to her advise, I would lose my life. She just wanted me to spend money on procedures that I've never needed or have the ever been recommended. My hygenist, Sarah, was the only bright spot left. That's why we've left.

Good experiences during my appointments...I didn't feel rushed, and pleasant staff. They now have a $12.00 PPE fee per appointment...haven't come across that yet anywhere else. I no longer have that dental insurance that they were a preferred provider for, so I may not return.

After the rebranding and changes placed into the office the service has gone down. I enjoyed the staff before the changes. I’ve been a patient for well over 10 years. My last cleaning was horrible! I may have been the last patient after a long day and my cleaning surely felt that. I just feel like the don’t care in this office anymore.

Our family has been going to this dental office for over 25 years. All the staff that has been there for years, with the exception of Barb, who is fantastic, are gone. It’s a shame how it has changed and not for the better. I would never let the dentist there work on my mouth. All the good dentists are gone. The only reason I still go back is because of Barb my hygienist. She is caring and does a wonderful job. If she ever leaves, I will be out of there too. If we need dental work, we go somewhere else because the dentist there can’t do anything except the basics.

MD called me to say it was time for my annual cleaning. MD isn’t my dentist and I’m not a patient. We told them this but they persisted. We told them we already have a dentist and hung up. What a crappy way to try and get new customers by tricking them into thinking they’re already customers. I’m sure it’s no coincidence they’re a few blocks away from my home. I wonder if they’re approaching my neighbors in the same way?

I had the same bad experience as you Kari. My issue was they require 24 hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling, but don't notify you of your scheduled appointment until the day before, frequently at the end of their business hours.

I was extremely upset at the service I received. They did not inform me of a rescheduling fee. I learned I owed an additional 40.00 a few days later after my cleaning. when asked how come no one informed me of the fee upon my initial appointment was made or when I rescheduled for the next day, they couldn't give me any answer's. The office manager was very rude and impatient; she absolutely didn't show much concern about her staff mistake and told me I should have known about it since I've been coming for such a long time. They do not adhere to the customer is always right. I would be careful coming here you could be stuck with outlandish fee they don't tell you about or any payment options available.
