Terrible. Don't waste your time or money. Although a Marquette U Dentist recently said my mouth is fine and don't let any dentist tell me otherwise, Midwest refused the c?eaning I went in for, claiming I needed so much treatment. Deceptive, predatory practice.

Beware! A revolving door of dentists and hygienists over the past three years. Constant appointment changes, the last appointment had four changes. Predatory practices include unnecessary expensive treatment plans, price gauging, and incomplete appointments. They never cleaned my teeth or allowed me to use my insurance-paid cleaning. But they sure as hell took those 5-year X-rays then tried to pretend they couldn't email me my X-rays. Just terrible!

I highly recommend this dental office. My son was in town performing in a show when he woke up with a terrible toothache. Alicia went above and beyond to help him in this unique situation. He was able to be seen the next day and the cost was very reasonable. I can’t thank this office enough for giving this mom so much relief that my son was taken care of!

Terrible service from the one month wait until To the staff rushing Into the office late??After a mouthful of X-rays that took for forever due to the assistant not being able to get good X-rays . I was given a exam that took 8 minutes and a “Treatment Plan!” I asked if I was going to receive a cleaning And I was told , not today! I’ve have never been to dental office for the first time received x-rays an a exam and No cleaning! I questioned my concerns and decided that I would rather have a extraction done instead of WAISTING thousands of more money on the same tooth! I was told by the Dentist that it couldn’t be done there! The entire encounter with this office was Totally Ridiculous ??I asked for a release firm and my X-rays!

I got up early and made a 7:30 AM appointment to get a cleaning. When I got there they insisted that I get an x-ray. Explain to them that I had previously had thyroid cancer and did not want to expose myself to any additional radiation so I could keep the half of thyroid that I have left. The hygienist reached out to the dentist and asked if she could proceed with the cleaning and the dentist said no. I cannot believe the audacity of the dentist to think that they should insist I get an x-ray when I have a history of cancer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Have been a patient of this office for over 15 years. The hygienists have been awesome, and I loved dr Behlmer. Since his departure the place has really gone downhill with losing their ONLY dental assistant and having a temporary dentist today. Seems like they are having trouble keeping staff. Will go elsewhere after 15 loyal years

I requested information on getting my daughter an appointment as a new patient, I gave times as well as available. I received a response with a very far out date for a new patient, but then responded that I could be flexible with times and dates.. I never received a response. Very terrible customer service and why would anyone rely themselves in the care of someone who can’t even operate a business with response. The care to someone’s actual mouth would be just as lackluster!!

Best dentist I've ever been to! Gentle, thorough, gives treatment options with explanations of scenarios of each, & very friendly & down to earth. The Hygienists are the same way, especially Bobbi Jo. They talk to you like a nice family member. They never talk "down" to us, or judge us. Also great with kids!
