clearly this place is a joke, non of there so called “professionals” have a clue what’s going on with their patients. Give ya the ol run around and tell can’t even help patients with a medical concern. Sure they can clean teeth but so can i and i don’t get paid the big bucks for that. this place needs to be evaluated and investigated deeply inside and out.

easily the worst dental office I’ve ever been to. Went in with a painful concern and was told to floss more and nothings going on. Had to go to ER and was told this is a very serious issue and had to get extensive testing done. As a 23 year old, I have been told things nobody this young should ever have to hear. 3 visits here to be told nothings wrong and now I have thousands of dollars in medical bills and we are not even done yet.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PROBLEM TO GET WORSE.

Called them because I’m dealing with a dental emergency and their website says they gladly help in emergency situations. I only have medicaid, which they won’t take and unless I can pay upfront, they won’t see me even though I have three chipped and cracked teeth, extreme nerve pain and my front teeth have been pushed so far into my gums that my teeth won’t go back together, meaning I can’t chew solid food. Since I couldn’t pay, they didn’t give a dam about helping me.

Dr.Cotey is very nice. That being said I had a crown done at the office and the insurance portion was denied due to "your x-rays were not clear and readable". This denial was appealed, insurance company replied with further denial stating " records must show that 50% of the tooth is lost to very large defective restoration on x-rays and your records do not show this". I have had 5-6 prior crowns done by different dentists over the years and have never had payment denied. Midwest blames the insurance company, says they refuse lots of claims. Insurance company blames dentist office, says they screwed up paperwork. Meanwhile I pay 89% of what the insurance company would have paid. I won't be returning to this dentist because I'm not confident in their ability to submit paperwork regarding an insurance claim and I prefer having the insurance company pay their portion of the bill!

I recently had my fangs cleaned followed with a temporary crown and a couple days later a permanent crown by Dr Judie Cotey & assistants. My experience was fantastic, on time and excellent results. The experience was like being on the flight deck of a well oiled aircraft carrier running multiple sorties simultaneously. Extremely well orchestrated and painless. The resulting crown fits better than the original one, is smooth and comfortable. Very happy Dr Cotey is my dentist! She even laughs a my jokes, not an easy task for someone so professional.

I have visited Lake Country Dentistry several times in the past few weeks for some major dental work, and cleaning too! While I am still involved with Dr. Cotey in the major crown work, I must say that she and her staff are exemplary of a perfect dental staff to work with. They are extremely detailed and friendly, I receive multiple reminders regarding upcoming appointments with the ability to perform a simple keystroke on my phone to acknowledge them. Premium service is what they offer and deliver. I do not know if I am paying a little more or just an average for this area, but for the service I receive it is well worth it. I feel like a part of a family with them, and that is unusual in business these days. A number of businesses could use them for benchmarking!
