The dental assistant encouraged me to watch a TV show on Netflix while the crown and cavities were worked on. She suggested a funny movie and it really helped. I have visited Lake Country Dentistry several times in the past few weeks for some major dental work, and cleaning too! While I am still involved with Dr. Cotey in the major crown work, I must say that she and her staff are exemplary of a perfect dental staff to work with. They are extremely detailed and friendly, I receive multiple reminders regarding upcoming appointments with the ability to perform a simple keystroke on my phone to acknowledge them. Premium service is what they offer and deliver. I do not know if I am paying a little more or just an average for this area, but for the service I receive it is well worth it. I feel like a part of a family with them, and that is unusual in business these days. A number of businesses could use them for benchmarking!
