You can hear in her tone of voice that she genuinely cares about the oral health of your family. She also tries very hard to remember personal details about her clients even if it has been a while since your last visit. We have been with Dr. Botts for 10+ years :)

Absolutely horrible do not do business with these crooks I have been complaining of the same tooth hurting for two years and they didn't do anything about it until part of the tooth fell off then they wanted to pull it to hide any evidence of malpractice and when I question that they wanted to do a root canal I then requested my dental records to get a second opinion and I have not received them they are incompetent and covering something up I am filing a complaint against this company for HIPAA law violation and will most likely be suing for malpractice

Never fear the dentist again!! From the time you walk in the front door, until you walk out, EVERYONE is great!! THEY DO CARE about your fears and concerns! I listened to someone in the next room talk a small child through, maybe, their first visit to a dentist.
