Amanda is excellent with her patient care, and I have had some fairly extensive work with Dr. Rodriguez after Dr. Patel left, and it has been a very positive experience! They told me that they accepted my insurance, told me how much my appointment was going to be, and then billed me an additional $361 for services that I would have opted out of had I known. When I called they told me that they were out of network, and so the insurance has to adjust their coverage. If they can see that they are out of network and thereby know that their estimate is unreliable, why didn't they tell me that before they put cosmetic resin on the back of two of my teeth? After speaking to their billing department, I feel like I was intentionally misled. EDIT: I contacted them directly to discuss this before writing this review, and they were not even remotely helpful. The reply to this review is entirely disingenuous and they should be ashamed of their questionable business practices.

I've contacted corporate about their use of Dr Reesman 's tax id number instead of Midwest dentals. This allows them to say you're not in network and charge more money . They're supposed to be a Midwest dental office but it's in name only . Looking into attorneys now as this very much seems bait and switch tactics. Also , don't expect the new patient special price or free electric toothbrush that's on Midwest dentals website. You're not getting either here . The dentists are good, don't get me wrong, staff is friendly as well . But I think billing and purposely not changing a tax id number is fraudulent.

I went there years ago when it was just Dr. Reesman. I received very good care from him. Years later and about a few years ago after receiving a phone call from them I thought it was meant to be and made an appt. thinking I was seeing Dr. Reesman again! I was so wrong! I went in need for dental help as I haven't seen a dentist and the ones I did see did nothing for me! When I went in it was Dr. Kemper! I didn't know who he was. I was not pleased with him at all and he didn't do much for me but took x-rays! That he didn't charge me. He wouldn't do anything else for me and sent me on my way with bad feelings! I also seen how they remodeled extensively and expensive I'm sure! And it seemed just like it was for the money to me as I had no insurance and no other option was offered!

I recently had a appointment with Kandace Anderson. She is one of the best oral hygenists I have ever had clean my teeth. She mad me feel comfortable and not fear the cleaning. Amanda was professional, understanding, caring and willing to answer any questions I had regarding oral health. You never wait to be seen in this office. Appointments are always on time and the office staff is helpful and personable. The office is always clean and comfortable. Dr. Reeseman should be "Dentist of the Year". He offers all options available to resolve your dental issue. While doing a procedure he explains what is being done and in my case offers moral support. He always makes procedures as painless as possible.

We have been with North Bay Dental for a while now. When I heard of the switch to Midwest Dental I was nervous. In the end, we are still over the moon pleased with this office. From the smiles that great you on arrival, our FABULOUS hygienist, Amanda, and kindness of Dr. Patel we never leave unhappy. Even my pre-teen son enjoys going to the office. They never leave me feeling like "just another patient". Finally, I must mention the great sanitation precautions they take to help us feel safe in the office since the pandemic started. Needed expensive, extensive work done: extractions, upper denture and lower partial. Dr. Reesman took good care of me. Very painless. The office staff is amazing with billing insurance and working out payment plans, as well as scheduling that fit my work schedule. I am always treated in a friendly and respectful way by all the staff from Dr. Reesman to dental assistants to my hygienist to office staff. My dentures look very natural and fit great. I will never go anywhere else. They quoted me a fair price and were way more reasonable than any other place I went. I look and feel so much better.

I've been going here about a year or two now& it's by far the best dentist I've been to. The staff are extremely friendly, considerate and understanding. Dr. Kemper & the hygienists are always very helpful& careful to not hurt you or cause any discomfort, with even a simple teeth cleaning. The building is set up and decorated beautifully and always sparkling clean. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a smiling face and some polite casual conversation. All the receptionists are on top of things and can help with any questions asked and make sure you are comfortable while waiting to be called back . Overall great place, love the staff and the location.

Hands down the BEST experience with a dentist in almost 40 years of being on this planet. There is not one thing that they overlook and the service in 2nd to none. Just started coming here and I feel soo welcomed! Not only are they all super friendly they help ease you worries rather it be dental anxiety, expense, and or just easing an 8 year olds fear of the dentist because of past dentist experiences. I found them through a Facebook add and I’m so glad I did! Fixing all my cavities was a worry for me because of money, they walked me through what I would be paying out of pocket and if we needed to set up a payment plan luckily they’re priced nicely and my insurance covers a lot so I didn’t need a payment plan just making two simple payments. I highly recommend North Bay Dental.

Amazing place! I had a horrible several months long experience with a "chain dental" group and was still having troubles. I called Dr. Reesman and was offered the same day for an appointment! Was greeted with my name in lights welcoming me as a new patient, one smiling face after another, a beautiful gift bag, a clean wonderful waiting room...yet only waited about 5 minutes! Then a very humble gentle Dr. Reesman! This man truly cares about us, his patients! How refreshing! As does his entire Crew! I no longer fear the dentist or my appointments.
