I am not a patient because I live in Texas but my mother has been and continues to be a patient of Midwest in Reedsburg. She has suffered with fears of dental offices, yet went through extensive dental treatment these past 3-4 months. I can honestly say the dentist and staff took care of her like family! I have worked in dentistry for 25 years myself and was extremely worried that my mother would be dismissed due to her age. But the COMPASSION, CARE and PATIENCE offered to my mother was & is priceless. The work completed turned out to be high quality and absolutely beautiful!!! I am forever a grateful daughter and highly recommend this office to everyone for their dental care and preventative services. You will be in the right hands.

I think a filling was done too high or wrong. When I called back, to see if it could be fixed, I was told there were no appointments until the end of the month, leaving me to have to wait a few weeks with throbbing tooth pain. I think there needs to be appointments blocked out for people who need to be seen sooner rather than later.

This is my first time going here and would not recommend this place to anyone after the experience I had. Had a appointment for a cleaning, got half of my mouth cleaned and had a appointment the following week to get the other half cleaned to get a phone call saying they have to cancel the appointment and can not get me in for over 2 months.

Very satisfied with my most recent impression appointment, but VERY, VERY, VERY disappointed when I came to desk to pay. At prior appointment we discussed having a "flipper" to be made in preparation for an implant process. When I asked how much it would cost so I could prepare financially, I was quoted a price of $200 to $300. After having the impression made and preparing to pay, I was told the flipper process was going to cost $800. I was beyond shocked. Not sure what happened there. Other than that, I've been very happy with Midwest Dental.

Thank you for fitting me into a cancelation slot, but please call next time, that is what a cancelation call list is for. Versus me just getting lucky by calling about a question and finding out a cancelation happened, mind you this was 2 hours before my appt. when I called. Appointments are far out in dates. I just hope others get knowledge of new openings to better the services needed for the future to come. The staff are so pleasant at Reedsburg Midwest Dental they truly made me feel welcome and kept me informed throughout my visit. The front desk staff were great as well, helping me to understand my bill quote and that a new year brings renewal of benefits and to not run away cause of the "stick price" at end of work needed sheet. They even made copies of the teeth numbering sheet to help me better understand work that is needed. I highly recommend a visit but to plan ahead due to dates are up to a month out due to the pandemic delaying care.

I went in with a filling that came out and part of the tooth broken. It was "fixed" and I gradually felt more and more pain. I thought it would get better. After a couple of weeks I called and received no call back from the office (I have experienced this before). Finally I called the emergency number and got in 4 days later. The Doctor was out of town and did call me back and set up a time to reach me for the appointment. By this time I had not been able to eat on that side for about 5 days. She had missed filling an area and also left a piece of something in the area between the teeth. I had to go through the whole procedure again, (at no cost) and it was fixed. I was apparently one of her first patients at this clinic.

Called to set up an appointment for my Husband. (Who needed to see a dentist as soon as possible due to severity of pain) Receptionist who answered phone was rude and short with me. We've never been been there but it is one of the only places in town that accepts the insurance. She didn't care about what was going on like every other place that I called. She just said "Do you even have insurance?" When I gave her the insurance she acted as if it wasn't necessary for him to get in soon. Even though I explained the severity of the pain. And said "Well we could POSSIBLY see him in a couple weeks, still want an appointment?".
