While the services that I had in my recent visits were fine, i found that the confusion that resulted on my insurance benefits from havng to dig deeper into my specific policy by them and myself, was horrid. Add to that, now as a new patient to find out that of September 2023 Midwest Dental will no longer support my insurance with United Health as in network. All due to the all mighty dollar. Now the nearest in network provider will be in a town 30 miles away. Disgusting.

I had made an appointment last fall and lost my insurance days before my appointment so I called and cancelled my appointment. So now the pandemic hit and I have a horrible tooth ache. I email midwest dental about making an appointment. They email me back and say that at this time we are not accepting new patients. Sorry. So I wait.....last week I see an ad that Midwest Dental is opening back up so I email again about an appointment. A woman calls me and leaves a voicemail that I can call back to schedule an appointment. When I call, the woman tells me that she cant make an appointment for me because i was a no call no show last fall!!! I told her I lost my insurance and I called and cancelled. Her response was that I must have called the day before the appt and it still counts as a no call no show!!! So I have waited all this time for nothing!! Terrible customer service **Update** I had my top 2 wisdom teeth removed.

I cannot begin to express how thankful I am to Dr. Faith at Midwest Dental and her entire staff ! I recently had an issue where a very large filling came out of one of my back molars and left very little tooth to work with. I was so afraid the tooth would have to be pulled, but Dr. Faith rebuilt it and saved my tooth. She also, on the same visit, filled and restored two rather large cavities in my front teeth as well. Her and her assistant Andrea did an amazing job that day and my front teeth look better than ever ! Holly at the front desk, Leann the hygienist, Andrea and Dr. Faith are so caring, professional and nice it makes dental visits a pleasure !
