I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case I decided what the heck. I hate going to the Dentist,,, I’ve been to the dentist literally hundreds of times. All but 8 of my teeth are implants! So still have to take care of the remaining teeth,, My first visit to Midwest I figured here we go again, but they were great starting with Amy, then TJ the dentist was super cool and knowledgeable, then the same visit they cleaned my 8 teeth which is unheard of to get in the same day! Mary was amazing in how thorough in everything she did! Even clean all my implants from around the post to polishing the teeth themselves! Probably best visit to a dentist ever! I’m 65 years old and just thought I’d share because I actually use reviews to make decisions about what, who, and where myself!!!

I started going here ~5 years ago, and switched dentists for a period of time as I moved out of town, and wasn't really a huge fan of the older dentist who used to be a this Midwest Dental location. But I moved back this way about 1.5 years ago, and was pleasantly surprised with Dr. TJ. The last few visits have been nothing short of caring and pleasant, and I only wish this was how it was all along. Very happy with the current staff at Midwest Dental, and plan to stick around as long as Dr. TJ does.

I have been going to Midwest Dental now for approx. 10 years now. I really enjoyed this dental facility since they treat you like a small town dental office. I was quite saddened to hear that one of the receptionists had left due to the change in corporate management. Now that there have been more corporate issues made there such as if I were to cancel an appointment I had heard that they don't guarantee I would get my regular hygienist. I definitely would not appreciate a change. I would only request Cheryl Evans who has been my hygienist for the last 7 years. I don't believe anyone would appreciate having different people working on your teeth. I believe if you keep the same hygienist they know and understand what your teeth have been through and and how they have earned your trust in them. So I would make sure that the company remain the way it has been in the past. Stick with the family oriented business and treat your patients like family.

As far as staff and professionals are concerned they could be the ultimate place for all dental needs. I have rarely encountered such a friendly doctor's office environment, it's totally genuine not fake. I believe that the dental hygienist needs in the least a 20 minute buffer zone in between patients. It's not the hygienist's fault at all that she forgot my fluoride treatment trying to prevent running behind schedule. Their equipment needs upgrading to the latest standards, however I do understand the cost involved, and they are not long enough in business to have that luxury, yet. Solely based on their exceptional staff I will give this dental practice a well-deserved chance!

The Dentist tells me he needs to fill cavities. I say ok and I'm paying out of pocket. Upon drilling and at the start of filling the cavities he then tells me I need crowns because I have fractures in the drilled teeth. Why wouldn't you just set the teeth up for crowns right away. So now it cost me over $400.00 for each filling and I had to pay for crowns at just under $1100.00 each. So instead of paying around $5500.00 for crowns, I paid almost 8000.00. So I confronted midwest Dental today about the fillings and crowns. The woman in charge of billing tries to tell me they needed to fill it to build it up to accept the crown. Funny thing is, is she doesn't know how deep the filling went. So how can she claim that? She can't!

I've been going and taking my kids to this dentist for the past 5 years. Love the way they treat us and make us feel comfortable with all the work they have done for us. Truly a five star company. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone. Very clean office and friendly staff.

Bait and switch! Their ads promise a "first visit" new patient discounted exam and cleaning, but then they tell you upon check-in that they cannot complete all of those simple tasks on your first visit and you will need to come back for a second treatment. I walked out.

I know one of the girls that work here and when my bridge broke at Buffalo Wild Wings I got in touch with her right away. Dr. Kaske got me right in Monday morning and was able to make me a temporary bridge until my permanent one was ready. My teeth look so nice now I wish I would have done this years ago. I love all the girls there and am happy to see them when I go. I highly recommend Dr. Kaske just by my experience with him going out of his way to help me both with my teeth and setting up an easy payment plan as my insurance hadn't started when I had to get my teeth fixed. With my bridge being all my front top teeth they needed to be done right away. I am forever in their debt! Thank you everyone at Midwest Dental!

Midwest Dental in Twin Lakes, WI is a great place to have your dental needs taken care of. The people are all very nice, and friendly. The Dentists are all very caring, and gentle. They will work with you if you are on a budget, or fixed income, to insure your mouth and teeth are as healthy as they can be! I for one am very grateful for my experiences, and the care and concern they showed me.
